APB's theme maker isn't the best. Yeah, it's good, but they should add more tracks and the possibility to make songs as long as we want. i just made a 15 mionutes long song by setting time to the minimum, like 15

freq means frequency which is to o with the sound wave, and res means resonance which again is a sound wave thing, it'd take to long to explain them in a youtube comment XD

I'm a year too late, but it represents the notes on a piano face. So find the notes of a piano face and listen to the positioning of it.
