Another great reaction, love your Invincible and Attack on Titan series. I’d highly highly recommend Full Metal Alchemist (2003) if you like AOT. Full metal alchemist is an absolute anime classic, very mature and has a great story on humanity
@@zenshonen it didn’t follow the source because the source wasn’t finished at the time. The story was still made by the original author and ended up being far darker, FMAB just gets into too much stuff. Wow I never seen the FMA only FMAB and seen the first episode of FMA I was like wait a second I've seen this shit then I proceed to see hellsing witch was a weird transition from full metal 🥲
Don't worry about liking all the characters guys, you're not supposed to like them all. Rex is a straight up Ahole and I really don't think anyone likes him. He doesn't get any better.
I always thought that cecil's anonymous tip came from Titan himself setting up everything ahead of time. Omniman not really the kind of man to play nice, and probably thought it was a lesson for mark regardless. that battle beast guy (Mufasa lol) is a scary mofo. Rex always gets on my nerves. But am I the only one who doesn't like Amber from the start? She's always sounded like she's trying to "fix mark". Those relationships have personally always been frustrating for my own personal life so maybe that's why I'm not feeling the amber vibe?
Amber does have some toxic traits. If you know enough about battle beast, then you know why omni man didn't get involved. I love Rex. His voice actor is amazing but his whole character arc is so damn good. It's robot that I think is the worst.
It's more likely that omniman called to set the team up to get killed by a third party. He also stuck around the whole time in case Mark was actually at risk of dying.
@@crankfastle8138 Everything you said was fax. Amber is toxic, Battle Beast is insane, Rex has great development, and robot becomes a prick in the comics
I never liked Amber from the start either... there's just something in the way she talks and her attitude that gets my hackles up. And the way she used that school-bully to give Mark her phone-number in the first episode rather than talking to him herself or going through best-wingman Willem didn't exactly endear her to me either. I'd be so much happier with Mark getting together with Eve... or just breaking up with Amber and staying single.
To be fair I don't think Nolan could have stopped Battle beast if he had tried to help. I'm not 100% sure Titan was a bad guy, he was just trying to make a better life for his family
Nolan called Cecil to send the guardians because he knew battle beast was there. Nolan knows battle beast would obliterate him to oblivion 😅 and for mark well.. he can always start again whats 17 more years..
I always thought that Black Samson saying, "Cecil got an anonymous call", was Cecil lying because he was monitoring the conversation between Nolan and Mark in the house, so he knew where Mark was going. He later asks Nolan, "he didn't tell you what he was doing?" Trying to determine whether or not Nolan would intervene. And maybe Nolan thought that if Mark had died in the penthouse fight, he wouldn't have to do it himself. Late to this reaction, but I've already seen both seasons.
@@videooutlet1 Yes that’s also how you can look at it, but then again Nolan was watching the whole thing… why didn’t he intervene if he didn’t want Mark to lose his friends.. I always suspected him for calling Cecil to have it his way. If they were to be killed to battle beast “ a unknowns thread for humanity” it would clear Nolan of their deaths. Remember how he killed the first guardians. I think this way Cecil would suspect him. But then again we will never know I guess. It’s been a while since I watched the show I have to watch this episode again haha
@@gaatjeniksaan915 I don't think Nolan cared if the new Guardians died and I think this was a test to see if Mark would survive. Remember his whole speech about how on Viltrum they eliminated the weak in their society. In rewatching season 1, I realized the extent of Cecil's surveillance on Nolan and the family. He watched her as she found the suit and took it to Art. And he only popped in after she confronted Nolan, to remove her from the house and find Mark. Mark's phone was destroyed in the sewer so Cecil couldn't track him.
I have to say though... it's quite impressive that their regular smartphones have receiption all the way up in orbit. ^^ Unless he has a special satelite phone disguised to look like a regular smartphone. Compared to the previous guardians of the globe the current team are more or less nobodies. It could be that Nolan called them in so he could evaluate them. See if they pose a threat or if he can just ignore them. Rex is rather obnoxious and annoying most of the time, but at least you can't accuse him of holding grudges. After getting demolished and humiliated by Monster Girl he was pretty much good with her the moment he woke up. Also he's reliable in battle and more resilient that you'd expect from someone who looks like a regular Human and behaves like a poser. How the hell is Amber too good for Mark? He is late because he's out SAVING LIVES! And don't give me the "he's lying to her"... he isn't revealing his identity to protect his family and Amber herself. If it became known that Amber is Invincible's girlfriend, it would open her up to be kidnapped by criminals or villains to get to mark, or hurt or killed to hurt Mark for foiling their plans. Not to mention the possibility of a flock of paparazzi descending on her. Mark did nothing wrong. Granted at this point Amber doesn't seem to know he's a secret superhero, so her reactions do make sense from her perspective, so I can give her a pass on that... but how does that make her "too good" for Mark? Isn't saving lives and keeping her and his family safe far more important than being on time with her?
Im a big fan of Mark! He’s a great guy. I was just saying that Amber probably doesn’t deserve to be wrapped up in all of this. That was all. In terms of saving lives being more important, I would say yes, but that’s not my point. He should not string her along and lie to her. He should break up with her because it wouldn’t be fair on her. He can’t have everything unfortunately in that line of work. I see your points though!
Edit: For potential spoiler warning I guess. Amber is the one that hasn't really done anything wrong at this point, so its easy to see why Carlie and Ange sympathize. Mark messed up by stringing Amber along in a relationship that she makes clear that she's quickly losing patience for. Mark should have broken up with her when she expressed her concerns and needs, and he knew he wouldn't be able to fulfill them. Instead of making more excuses and lying about how he is going to do better, he should have been honest to her and himself, and called the relationship off. Just because he's out saving lives and doing his job, doesn't mean that he isn't screwing with Amber's emotions at the same time. Her feelings at the moment are valid, and he's hurting her by being so avoidant. Mark means well, but he's also a teenager and he's acting like an ass in regards to being a boyfriend.
@@CarlieAndAnge One thing about this episode. Basically Battle Beast is a Thanos level threat. If Omniman went up against him then odds are that Debbie would end up a Widow. He's that strong. I also think that Amber is completely justified in being pissed with Mark for basically always being late.
When Battlebeast exploded Mark's chest I think I stopped breathing on my first watch through. I was like, did they just kill him? That was a lot of blood.. Always happy to watch your reactions. Keep up the good work! 💚
I don't know this series well - just saw the bit you shared with us here. But when you talked about Rex and Robot - the thought that came to mind is that Robot is cloning the Rex guy to make him maybe his new body? That way the old Rex can go die and we will have a good Rex - problem solved.
We’ve been sick so unfortunately we have not been able to film invincible episode 6 onwards just yet. As soon as we’re better, we’ll be filming some more invincible 😊
I just don't understand why people like Titan, and always mention his soft spot for children while defending him. Where was that worry and compassion when he orchestrated and manipulated a literal CHILD into helping him, then abandoning him when he's half dead. Omni-man was right on this one which is sad af, considering what a piece of sh*t he is.
If you want to know a about battle beast scroll down from this comment, its a spoiler by the way to the comics. Battle beast's race has the strength to fight viltrumites.
Remember for archane when they colored their hair imagine she does it for finale ? I guess Eve doesn't die before then tho haven't seen the show but I guess she will be with Mark
Hate is a strong word... I think he's annoying and obnoxious sure, but there are enough glimpses of a deeply burried heart of gold to make him not hateworthy. For a starter he doesn't hold grudges, does at least occasionally realize and admit when he makes mistakes, though not always and seems to genuily want to save people, which already makes him far more of a hero than like... 99.5% of all "heroes" in the The Boys universe. ^^

Is Titan bad? He took over his villain boss's enterprise. We don't know what he does with Machine Head's penthouse. Maybe he turns things around and helps the community?
I never read the comics so i was kinda confused, i know he had other motives but he’s still a good dude right? I don’t care if u spoil
@@Athleticigsmoker I think he's a bit of both. A crime boss that has a soft spot for children or his community
@@Athleticigsmoker also if you're not worried about spoilers, there are individual videos on each main character that give their full story arc. Robot is the worst.

With your theory of Omniman trying to get the new guardians of the globe killed, I really doubted becuase when Omniman was watching the selection for the new guardians he says "Pathetic", like saying these guys aren't worth killing since they're not a real treat to whatever his plan is, unlike the old guardians who were a treat to Omniman
So fun fact, the guy who does Machine Head’s voice is the current Mickey Mouse voice as well
It's so weird to see an upload when I'm not supposed to be sleeping.
At this point Ange is just jealous of best-character-of-all-creation Rex whose name signifies what a man he is ^^.
Battle beast in this uneverse is like a thanos
Battle Beast is Omni Man level of strength.
More powerful than him I think.
@@currentlyaliveanddead6733 a lot more powerful actually
this and last episode are my favs
"I'll reckon he (Nolan) will help Titan."
Everyone: 👀
We were referring to Mark!
The guys name is Battle Beast for a reason
Another great reaction, love your Invincible and Attack on Titan series. I’d highly highly recommend Full Metal Alchemist (2003) if you like AOT. Full metal alchemist is an absolute anime classic, very mature and has a great story on humanity
@@zenshonen for kids I guess
@@zenshonen it didn’t follow the source because the source wasn’t finished at the time. Christmas came early 😍😍😍
You called him mufasa💀
3:05 was fucking gold.
Don't worry about liking all the characters guys, you're not supposed to like them all. Rex is a straight up Ahole and I really don't think anyone likes him. He doesn't get any better.
apparently according to the comics. Battle Beast IS that fucking guy. not to be fucked with. not even by nolan or any viltrumite
@@remus4283 there's nothing he could have done about it. Can't say more without spoilers
Are u guys on a new uploading schedule?
No new uploading schedule! We just got this one to our Patreon a bit later yesterday because of some issues with the upload
"hoping for" the showdown....
I have to say though... it's quite impressive that their regular smartphones have receiption all the way up in orbit. ^^
Unless he has a special satelite phone disguised to look like a regular smartphone.
Mufasa IS a crazy villain in this series... HAHAHA
Battle Beast is OP 🦁
Ambers too nice for Mark?? Lol that's a good joke.
U say mufasa but I was thinking he was more like a ajani gold Mane's brother who died
When Battlebeast exploded Mark's chest I think I stopped breathing on my first watch through. I was like, did they just kill him? That was a lot of blood..
Always happy to watch your reactions. Keep up the good work! 💚
Rex is less of an asshole in the comics.
I don't know this series well - just saw the bit you shared with us here. But when you talked about Rex and Robot - the thought that came to mind is that Robot is cloning the Rex guy to make him maybe his new body? That way the old Rex can go die and we will have a good Rex - problem solved.
I don't even know why Rex is part of the team...🤦
battle beast is the best 😼❤🔥
I think you guys should do a Detroit become human playtrough or at least the "E3 trailer" reaction. There is just so much to react to! 💗
When's the next episode coming?
Is it just me or Carlie looks like Eve a little bit?

I hate Rex too don’t worry, you are not the only one🤣
You need to see his whole story. He has maybe the best whole character arc.
