- I made this at the request of a Pink Floyd/U2 fan. I started out thinking I would just mashup one u2 song with one Pink Floyd song. That proved to be harder than I thought. So in coming up with new ideas, I ended up mixing multiple u2/pink floyd songs together.
I was in the process of polishing this video when the project file corrupted. I nearly lost everything. Luckily I was able to salvage it without have to do it from scratch. Hope you enjoy!
OMG! as a pink floyd & U2 fan myself, & also Paul Oakenfold & dance trance music, lover of well done remixes, I can honestly say this is the best thng I have ever heard. I make audio visual poetry videos but the way all the tracks mix well & gel together is amazing. Bono had said his bigest influence was Pink Floyd & that might be why they gel so well, especially the last two tracks lyrics.
Edge vs Gilmour on stage… yes please.
Years ago I edited music and stuff on a computer. It was cutting edge (pun intended) for 1995. But I just handed all my knowledge and experience over to you, Master Dookiebot. I am so not worthy. PS- Thanks for doing sweet brilliant justice to my two favorite bands!
I'm only 3 minutes in and Im hooked. 😮
This is brilliant, some great ideas there ! The Edge's guitar over Pink Floyd sounds awesome. And all those short pieces and transitions sound like an epic 70s album (like Pink Floyd).

I was thinking... What about mixing up all this with Coltrane? Too crazy?
