1. The Ahead Spinal G Throne:
I've been a USER of spinal-G thrones from the moment I drummed upon one. This 4-legged model w/ the back is an outstanding example of how Spinal G technology can protect your health. It's also what I consider to be the "cushiest" of the Spinal-G Thrones on the market, and the only one I've found where the backrest hits my back in a proper seated position. I use the 4 legged base with this model when it's the right throne for the gig, or the 4 legged base with my Motion Pro Spinal-G. Having both these thrones when I have multiple kits in play is priceless.

My wife purchased a Spinal G with a back rest, with three legs, for my birthday and it is the best throne I have ever owned. And I was coming off of owning a Roc-N -Soc which was the best throned I ever owned until the Ahead.

Fantastic video, Kenny! I was hoping someone would make a video regarding a drummer’s health! I already use Ahead stick wrap, and I love it! But you really got me interested in a Spinal G throne! I currently use a Roc-N-Soc throne, but would like to upgrade. I also wish to experiment with the hearing protection you discussed as well! Thanks again, Kenny!

I have seen the spinal g thrones but never paid attention to them as a healthier alternative to normal thrones! Pretty cool. I have the Phil Rudd Ahead sticks, they are nice to use every now and then.

another shout for the ahead spinal G, im drumming pretty much every day and i used to get fatigue on cheaper and not as well made seats, with the spinal G i can go for hours and hours without getting back, hip or leg fatigue! :)

I have been playing Ahead sticks pretty much since I started drumming. I can’t speak highly enough about them. By far the most consistent and durable sticks you can buy.

First i think the spinal is a gimmick, after playing it 2 weeks: my backpain was gone. Im now playing it 2 years: never looked back. Best throne ever.
