I'd like to provide some feedback for the above course and the ones that follow: the graphic content is really great with the visualization and I think what will make it even better is having some of the important verbiage and definitions written out in text format. This will help further with the visualization and memorization, as well as allow accurate note taking by the individuals consuming the information. Again, great job on the animation, the pace, and the solid learning material.
We manage to the big common-sense numbers, like safety, profitability, productivity, market share, customer loyalty, employee engagement, and ROA, but we avoid getting bogged down in the mind-numbing Minitab stats on process variation and Sigma shifts. Yes, that is where Six Sigma gets “goofy.

My work place changed provider and what I learnt was not the same as my multiple choice exam questions, but from what I have seen on this video so far this covers what both providers have asked, I hope this helps 🤞🏻
