    I created a canning kitchen in a shed i converted. It's the best if both worlds because you have more space and can keep it separated from your home

    Wow the barn is an incredible space. It's going to make life so much easier extracting. We only have 4 hives to extract, and when we do, it literally takes over the kitchen, so to have a designated area will be amazing. Your husband is such a hard worker.

    The blooms are beautiful on that peach tree. I am also really trying to hold out on putting everything out. I'm so ready for this growing season. The barn looks great! That's very wise to have a shower out there and awesome to have an extra kitchen (not in your house) for food preservation.

    Barn is gorgeous. I'm excited as my next-door neighbor who has talked about getting bees for a few years is doing it this spring. My job is to have a lot of flowers in my garden to help keep them around to pollinate. Can't wait.

    That’s a pretty huge barn…looks amazing. Love the rustic look. You guys are doing great work down there. We’re also building infrastructure…chicken house, duck house etc, but nothing as big as that barn. Great for storage too and all your honeying stuff. Keep it going, Chad.

    You will NOT regret the shower in the barn, TRUST ME! Growing up on a cattle farm as a kid, I can't count the number of times I wasn't allowed in the house until I took a shower...in the barn. It was handier than one would think!!!!

    I’m curious why you guys did not use more of a skirting board around the outside of the building. Also, are post build up or solid. Because I see discoloration in the post. 👍🍺

    • @TheHoneystead
      @TheHoneystead  2 роки тому +1

      That discoloration is the sealer they use to prevent rot and we are having concrete poured very soon to close it in :)

    • @TheHoneystead

      We are located in between mountain ranges and a good bit away from the coast so (fingers crossed) we haven’t experienced too much hurricane like weather.
