The proper way to charge and discharge 200v battery please use active or passive balancing because lithium iron phosphate if overcharge will damage cells permanently . We are using active balancing in our systems

for Desktop: 1) Good that you have linked the youtube vidoes . These videos can be reached more audiance group by adding subtitles/Captions to the existing video so that user can turn it on if they need.Or set the caption ON(English) by default
2) Most of the submenu looks empty. This might be because of image in unsupported version of Browser . So will be good if all the sub menus are with displayed with simple text hyperlinked to the related pages. Try using latest Chrome to verify all the contents.
Mobile/Tab: Try making the website responsive . This will relieve us from making the design for unique contents for all the gadgets

To be honest we can appreciate his aims to getting cheap energy, but the same time we have to give importance to the safety as well.
All this setup you can see here is most suitable for Testing purpose, but Don't use use these kind of setup in consumer level for day to day usage.
1) Li-ion is more danger then Lead acid, if you can't handle proper.
2) Li-ion more sensitive regards Charging & Dis-charging aspects, hence we must install BMS.
3) All in all he play with 200+ V DC you may know the power of High voltage DC.

This one is 200V DC system, the thing about Lithium batteries are you can get full capacity out of it no matter of the load for example if you are using 50Ah lithium batteries you will get whole 50Ah but in Lead acid battery you wont get full capacity for example if you have 100Ah battery discharged at full load you will around 30Ah -40Ah due to Peukert effect, the batteries he using are Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries which have greater life cycle than Li ion, build 12V or 24V battery pack use an inverter and charge controller to get power in an efficient way but currently the lithium batteries are way more expensive than other countries.

Sir, after watching your solar home and Viswanathan sir's solar home, I wanted to plan solar for my new home. I calculated 1900Whr usage per day using 22 LED lamps and 6 Fans connected in DC. This is my load. I don't know how much panel and battery are required. Please advise. If you can guide me to one of your videos explaining this, it would be very useful.
thiru malar , bro 1900 whr = 1.9kwhr which is roughly 2 units per day, so 120 units for bi monthly billing, in which 100 units are free(assuming your home in tamilnadu) eb cost will be calculated for remaining 20 units only. So Bill will be around 50-100rs. It is based upon details given by you, reply updated queries if still you want that for stand alone purpose or generating eco friendly electricity

Manoj Kumar bro, in generally fully charged batteries will tend to have lower life, whatever u do, u can't bring the cell to optimum performance, but u can use it for any purpose which requires low capacity, and try not to charge the cells to max capacity, an 80% charged battery will offer 30-40% extra life (subject to quality of cell also). Even if u buy new batteries , charge it 3/4 of the capacity, (but u have to adjust as ebike range also reduce ) u can easily get 5 years of life

Manoj Kumar, simple they need extract max capacity for the cost invested. For eg 2000mah cell 75% capacity will hold around 1500mah , so compensating 500mah they need additional cell which costs money and space. (Somewhat to keep demand for cell regularly)

No you can't, normal inverter uses Lead Acid which the voltage of the fully charged battery will be 12.8-12.9 (for 12V battery)or 25.6-25.8(24V Battery), but in lithium there are two types 1) Lithium ion 2) Lithium iron phosphate , the nominal cell voltage of theses differs, Li-ion has 3.7V and Li iron Phosphate 3.2, in order to make 12V you need to put 4 cells in series, for Li ion you will get 14.8V and for Li iron Phosphate 12.8V, there is huge difference in the voltage range of these lithium batteries, so you cannot use it on normal inverters, there are separate inverters for these batteries. Lithium ion battery typical life cycle is only 500.(at current technology, can be improved in future) Very high quality batteries (costs 2 times of a normal battery) can give maximum 1200 cycle. 6000 cycle is completely misleading.
