Ingredients
2-1/2 cup fresh or canned sweet potatoes 🍠
1/2 stick butter room temperature
1/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 cup brown sugar or a little more
Vanilla extract
Pinch of salt if your butter is unsalted
9 inch Premade pie crust or frozen pie crust
1 Tbls cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 large eggs room temp

Gina, I put my sweet potatoes in the pot with water and ball them till they fall tender then I take them out on a cutting board and peel the skin off and then slice them and put them in a bowl and that's how I do it. It's easier for me. I watch you all the time...

You will put parchment paper on top of your cold pie and then put it into a freezer bag and freeze it works like a charm
