Something to keep in mind when high pointing, its not about just raising your hand up, you gotta bend over a little as youre high pointing. Goodluck on your journey🫶

Hi, what helped me to pass from 45 to 50m was a good technical advice from a really good coach. If you can invest some training sessions with a good coach, this Will help you a lot. Other advices can be: do mobility and stretching 10/15 minute Every day. Gym training Is important but esplosive/Jump training and special strength training are fundamentals. Hi and Happy new year! Ciao Stefano ti ringrazio. Circa il 30% in più del lancio da fermo o poco meno. Se in allenamento faccio 50m col giro , solitamente ne faccio 38-40 da fermo.
Ciao Pietro. È un' azione con maggiore dinamismo e nella maggior parte dei casi rende di più. In ogni caso imparare a lanciare col blocco è molto utile per rendere più efficace l'azione del sinistro nel finale del lancio completo con cambio. Un atleta dovrebbe saperli fare entrambi e poi decide quale usare in base alle misure che fa.
