Thank you for making this video! My S7's battery life is good with FloydQ One UI 2.1 ROM and Moro Kernel but the apps you have provided made my battery even better. Now I do not have that standby issue that Samsung phones have. The standby time is on par with my iPhone 5S.

But still, the root provides several new features or get ahead as a little while as a dark theme of whatsapp that took a long time to be released. Having a sense of what you can do and know how to fix possible bugs, root becomes something very powerful, even nowadays that the interfaces are more and more evolved.
First phone I ever rooted was Galaxy Y. Man that was ages ago but all phones I had since then, I always root because rooting gives me more freedom and increases my productivity by automating everything. Good One!

Been using Migrate for a long time, really useful. Just don't backup stuff google already backups if u gonna restore it later on. Plus, only for WhatsApp, don't backup the app data. It will mess with your g drive backup
Bro you should check out Bromite browser. Best chromium based browser with enhanced privacy features and anti fingerprinting, and great ad blocking. Also has DoH support. It gets updates before official chrome. If you're rooted you should use Bromite system web view, it replaces the default one with all the above features

Migrate has another app called Migrate Flasher. Basically it will flash zip backup without TWRP. You still have to use Migrate Helper for restoration proccess but this may helpful if you forgot to flash backup or having trouble flashing backup
Latest QuickSwitch version tells me that Lawnchair is not compatible with my Android version for some reason? I am using a OnePlus 7 Pro on Android 10 and latest OOS. Rooting is discouraging by google not because it is a security threat, the only reason is they loose the control over the phone, and the owner of the phone really becomes the one in control. They need to use data as they wish, not even the owner of the phone is allowed to interfere. Great list of collection of for root users here. i loved xposed modules back in time, i gave up on rooting long back, I prefer stock experience without much hassle and customisation and bug free experience
Might have been harder back in the day, but for example, the OnePlus 7 pro, with the A/B partitions, is a huge PAIN IN THE ASS , not to actually root the phone, that's nothing. But to go from OOS to custom roms back to OOS, is a constant headache.
