I love your videos and I do this with mine, I always restring because my wrist size is small 😂 If I have the high quality cord the gold label, I only use 2 but if it’s the silver label, I use 3-4 cords ☺️

Can you make a video of how you would do one cord with 1mm size bead holes? My beads are size 6mm and the hole of the bead is 1mm two cords will not fit in the 1mm hole size.
what do u suggest for melon beads that are lightweight 4mm and 8mm but have large holes? I could probably fit 10 cords in there to get it to fit snug around the cords but i dont need that many due to the lightweight bead. Would it be best to not use elastic cord and instead use a braided cord? Or is it okay to use elastic and maybe 4 cords?

What size is the cord.
Since you are doubling up your cords what size cords do you use? I see they come in different widths.

Hi, as long as it's natural, it will work for you, but it will also take time to adjust your vibration frequency.
Karen my problem is that I cannot choose the right cords. There are so many out there and I cannot figure out the best cord for the specific project.
For instance, What type and size cord are you using in this video? What is it made of, is it a stretch and what mm thickness?
Also, if I am just stringing beads to glue them onto an object (like a piece of wood) do I use a different cord than the one you use for bracelets? Do I just use thread or some type of wire?
