Great video! I use Wix Studio, but have been testing out Framer and Webflow. So far, I'm staying with Wix Studio, but each platform has it's own strengthens/weaknesses.
A part of me really wants to build a client site and see how it goes but on reddit there's a lot of bugs/issues being declared. I'll wait for a few more updates but i'd love to see anything you build.
Forgot to add Wix Studio gives you access to backend data and Velo (JavaScript ) via VSCode allowing you to create even more powerful workflows. On the front end though there’s more limitations than the competition: containers can’t have background images set, containers can’t have individual border width (you can use css but this should be baked into the ui builder), no filters (blur etc) just a lot of missing things that even Wordpress builders have built in.
This is true! I'm thinking to do a deeper dive in future once it picks up more steam - Alot of people on reddit have been complaining about the limitations you mentioned & performance (it gets slow once the site is large)

I don't know if I sound ridiculous asking this but I haven't heard Wordpress Elementor mentioned in these topics and I don't know why? Wordpress used to be the default option, has it fallen that far behind other no-code tools?
It's not - WordPress will forever be the GOAT for affordable/scaleable builds however it is not as easy or quick-to-market/product as no-code alternatives. Also people know about hosting/security etc so no-code takes out the guess work

@@tryderrick They also snuck GitHub integration and revenue sharing via a partner program. Wix seems to update faster than it can be covered.
