      "Stealing and lying without any shame and remorse" That's my cousin. One time, we caught him with something and he lied with no shame. It was so unbelievable seeing his face. If he wasn't caught, you would 100% believe that he did not do it. He lies like it's nothing. He also lost my favorite thing ever and when I was hysterical and asked him to go back to the place where he lost it. He gave me that "i don't give a sh*t, you're bothering me facial expression" He acted so annoyed and he did not give no damn that he lost something very expensive and valuable to me. The most annoying facial expression ever. It was 100% b*tchy attitude and facial expression. He even rolled his eyes like wtf? He also told me a lot of fake stories, he probably thought I was stupid to believe them but I was actually being so pissed and disgusted by him when I was hearing those lies. Liars get on my nerves. He even told lies about people, our neighbors. I really can't stand him. He is so fake :( We used to be close when we were kids but now we secretly(or maybe it isn't secret) hate each other. We don't even talk anymore. I hope he changes, he stole laptop and money at his school too. He really has no shame. Some people don't care about their reputation. I can't believe there are people like him in this world. I would not be shocked if he murders someone, hopefully it would never happen. Sociopaths and psychopaths scare me, you may not know you are dealing with them as they are usually charismatic just like my cousin. Crazy.

I would have gone to court and petitioned for custody of the child and made Casey leave. A woman who was out dancing while her child was missing is a sociopath. A habitual liar and manipulator is what Casey was .Put quite simply,her parents enabled her to be a brat who never wanted her child.

  • @charlesbishop7583
    @charlesbishop7583 6 років тому +33

    It was apparent from the beginning how Casey killed her own child. She is known to be a party hearty girl and she came home one morning after partying out late and wanted to sleep it off. Her mother and daddy, who were helping her to take care of Caylee, had left for work before the baby woke up and could not be there for her. When the baby tried to wake her mother up to be fed and her needs taken care of, Casey, instead, got angry because she was hung over and did not want to be bothered. When Caylee continued to try to get her mother up, Casey, in one of her fits of anger jumped up, went out to the garage, and grabbed a roll of duct tape and wrapped it around her daughters' head and went back to sleep. The baby died. When Casey awoke, she found what she had done and tried to cover things up. First; She borrowed a shovel from the next door neighbor to bury the body next to the playhouse in the back yard. Second; After being gone for a couple of days, she went back and dug up the body and put it in the trunk of her car and drove around with it until she could figure out where and how to dispose of it. The rest is known history. Cindy Anthony is just as guilty of the murder of Caylee as her murderous daughter. The way she coddles her and makes up excuses for her is unconscionable. Had she been a better parent, this would never happen.

Because this was such a big case in the area in Florida where it took place, they had to get jurors from other towns much further away that didn't know very much about the case, which was hard to find, because this was such a big case and had been in the media a lot already for 3 years before it even made it to court. • @OliviaWestbrook
      @OliviaWestbrook 10 років тому +5

      Yes Deanna. It is very annoying, largely because it is simply crass and superficial. Grace's reason for doing this is that she wants others to take up the expression. Hearing a piece of language that she 'invented' repeated by others gives Grace the idea that she is important and adds to her delusional belief that she is in some way valuable. There is nothing else in this broadcast, hence, "simply crass and superficial". It is a sad reflection on the American educational system that it cannot produce an audience with at least a modicum of understanding of conceptual reasoning which would lead to the rejection of this kind of garbage. But, I'm forgetting, Grace would no doubt argue the first amendment giving her the freedom to say....... (to be a stupid and malicious as she likes). This also gives us the freedom to expose her for what she is - a cheap fraud hiding behind her home-made appearance of someone with intelligence and a position of authority... just look at the opening frames of the video. She appears, with a look of great authority, to be collecting evidence with the backing of the police (symbolized by the patrol car behind her) and the evidence gathering further echoed by the 'official' photographer. We're supposed to believe this validates the deluded fool. It's simply risible and I don't know how anyone could fall for this sham.

    Olivia,why do you insist on defending casey anthony? You say that she is a "real person" its not like anyone thinks shes a fake person.I think everyone is quite aware that shes a real person.I personally think shes a real BAD person! You say "she lost her daughter" yes,she lost her daughter BUT..the big obvious question here is...HOW and/or WHY did she "lose" her daughter..?
    I do agree that most everyone would definitely find that very hard emotionally..but NOT casey anthony!..If you watch her "new video diary" you wont hear her mention missing her daughter or showing any kind of emotional distress whatsoever! You say "no one knows what its like for her"
    She has made it very clear that its all about her..and ONLY her! All she talks about in the new video is ME ME ME her computer,camera,skype,dog ect..(poor dog!) Not ONE time does she mention her daughter and shows absolutely NO signs of being a grieving mother! Instead shes smiling,laughing,joking! And its been made public that her entire family wants nothing to do with her anymore.now with that being said..why would you think that is so..? You go on to say.."people believe what they WANT to believe regardless of the TRUTH! Give me a freaking break! In actuality People want to believe what is the OBVIOUS truth! Im stunned that anyone would/will make excuses or defend such a horrible person as this after she lied over and over and over again.and yes the evidence may have been circumstantial but it all pointed directly to HER and no one but HER! You are correct when you say "she has to live with it" but she has shown without any doubt that she has no problem "living with it"...you have your right to your opinion but I think YOU as well as everyone knows that this girl is GUILTY!
    PEACE!

      martindx1961 I understand everything you are saying and I think I understand why you are saying it.
      But I don't venture your conclusions because I'm not given to assumption, especially with consequences as grave as in this case.
      Please try and understand that I'm not defending Ms. Anthony, I'm defending an individual's right to be considered innocent unless proven otherwise.
      It is very easy to make assumptions but it doesn't make it fact.
      As I've said time and time again, I don't know if Ms. Anthony committed a murder or not. It looks like she may have done but that doesn't mean she did. I have ideas of what may have happened but I'm not going to publish these thoughts because they are just ideas (speculation and guesswork).
      I've discussed this case with my sister (she's a clinical psychologist) at length and she says there isn't a 'normal' way to behave following the death of someone close.
      She also thinks that Ms. Anthony is definitely not what she appears, but it's almost impossible to determine any truth via the court hearings or the media.
      She, my sister, also says that people are, to varying degrees, fluid and it is wrong to 'box tick' people into categories. Things are rarely that simple. Courts and the media both like to rationalize people into packages for public consumption. In other words it's black or it's white... We all know that, in truth, it's almost never that simple.

      she was a negligent mother who buried her beautiful daughter in a garbage bag at the end of the street, lied to the press and police, wasted thousands of man hrs and county money spent looking for a child she knew was dead, she lied 5 times in court and on the stand changing her story to fit the evidence, she blamed her father for dumping the child's body, took no responsibility for her actions, and was never charged with illegal disposal of human remains, tampering with evidence, obstruction of justice, perjury or neglect...she was guilty as sin its self...and this does not even begin to look at the facts surrounding the child's death or evidence found in the trunk of car or the duct tape on the child's mouth...if the child truly died in the pool why did she not call 911? because the child died of exposure in the trunk when her mother was out partying...hence the extreme evidence of chloroform found in trunk, which by the way needs a chemical analysis to be found after the 30 days it spent in lock up yet could be smelled strongly from a distance, which means she used it as a babysitter often, she knew that if she tried to say the child died of drowning the coroner would know she lied from the autopsy and no water present in the child's lungs. this is why she dumped her daughter at the end of the road like used garbage. check out the police records and court transcripts, maybe then you will see her as she truly is...guilty. as are her parents for going along with her lies to protect her. the father let her put it on him rather than loose both his grand daughter and daughter. this case is a disgusting display of the american judicial system. if she were any other color than white she would be on death row today

      i do not watch tv, was unaware of the press abuse until much, much later, my information came from court transcripts and police records. but i do agree after seeing some of the news coverage and news paper clippings , she had been judged before all the evidence was brought into the light.
      still, throwing ones beloved child away like yesterdays garbage at the end of the road for someone else to find is very disturbing.
      the coroners report would show exactly how she did die...this was the reason they allowed the child to decay in a garbage bag before dumping her.

And when her Mum didn't say exactly what she wanted to hear on the phone, she swore at her & was really abrupt & dismissive, all the while the Mum was still calling her sweetheart etc.

      MrOnyourbike Firstly: Caylee was never missing. As for your point that "more people think she killed the child than not." You don't know if that is true and even if more did think it, it wouldn't make it a fact. Not you, nor me, nor anyone outside of Ms. Anthony's confidants with whom she chose to share this information know what happened. That is a fact. It is simply a lot of people, with personal agendas, guessing. You accuse me of being beyond stupid: I use speculation as a means of investigation but I am not so stupid as to present it as fact.
      You are probably out of your depth on this, so, if I were you, I'd use the time to learn instead of espousing your vitriol.

How many times now has Casey Anthony herself broke her supposed silence to tell "the truth" and tried to profit off killing her own daughter. I really hope her family presses charges and this latest documentary and all her lies backfire on her. Anyone who literally got away with murder would literally be keeping their head down and staying in the shadows but not Casey she wants the attention all on her so she can fake cry about how she's a victim.

      @carultch 4 роки тому

      I don't think her mother forced her to keep it. She was 25 years old, and an adult in her own right. There is nothing her mother could legally do, to force her to keep the baby. The most her mother could do, is refuse to get involved in helping her get an abortion.
      More likely, she had an ulterior motive in having the baby, so she could get her fiance Jesse Grund to marry her. He initially tried to act as the father, despite his doubts about the paternity. He broke off the engagement when he disliked Casey's change in behavior and her contempt for his love of Caylee. He set himself free with a DNA test that excluded him as the father.

    what kind of mother parties instead of being a mother. what kind of mother waits 30 days to report her missing child. that child deserved much better then a party mother instead of a mother. if she was any mother at all. that child would not have been killed.

    • @carultch
      @carultch 4 роки тому

      Either the kind of mother who never learned the word abortion, or the kind of mother who had an ulterior motive for getting pregnant and giving birth, that backfired. I think it was the latter, because of Jesse Grund's side of the story as her fiance who was excluded as the father.

    I hate this family they all had a part with this girls death. She did everything wrong not reporting her missing until 30 days later and than parting and getting tattoos and getting a new boyfriend and SHE DID NOT CARE she was gone or she would have been talking to the cops the day she went missing. I HOPE That this eats away at you Casey forever

    There’s something so annoyingly intrusive about the way Nancy Grace says “Totmom” every three seconds, as if it was actually just Anthony’s name!
    For me, at least, it distracts from the actual content, and comes off as obnoxiously juvenile and unprofessional, to an extent that’s downright interferes with what’s being said. It’s like hearing a kid call someone “poopyhead” over & over in a bid for negative attention. I know that she’s no longer a practicing attorney, but still- she’s such an educated, accomplished and clearly highly intelligent person, and so for me it serves only to detract and distract from the content of what she’s saying.
    YMMV, of course.

    I agree about Nancy Grace..people get annoyed that she is a victims advocate but is a bit too passionate and goes overboard for ratings. The point that needs to be made here, is not about Nancy grace, but the fact that Casey Anthony is as guilty as one can get and the fact that she got off was amazing to me. Weather the child drown (unlikely since the grandmother and grandfather called in and we're so concerned.....and supposedly they knew...bull) or was suffocated...why would u put duct tape on a child whom was already dead or use chloroform...did they assume she was essentially brain dead and wanted to make sure her breathing was fully halted? She is guilty of concealing a death, improperly disposing of a body, hiding of evidence,...a slew of charges, but faced none. Did her father's career as a law enforcement officer have some bearing....did he call in some favors? Who knows, but something is amiss. She will get her judgment from the One that was watching and knows the truth.

      wendy braswell "She will get her judgment from the One that was watching and knows the truth".
      What is certain is that you do not know the truth. Nor do I, nor anyone else outside of Ms. Anthony's confidants. It is seriously improper to cast aspersions that are based on fantasy and are so disparaging upon someone who has been tried and found not guilty. The prosecution were unable to prove Ms. Anthony's guilt.
      What ever you choose to imagine (based on the biased speculation of the prosecution and the media (and, perhaps, the baying mob's opinions)) in no way constitutes a factual account of what happened regarding the death of Ms. Anthony's daughter. This is why the jury found in the manner in which they did. You have (I'm assuming you're American) in your country a justice system which is designed to avoid the conviction of innocent people. If you would prefer a system where you can be put to death on or by whim, speculation, guesswork, prejudice, opinion, dogma, lynch mobs, the word of the prosecutor, etc., you're living in the wrong country in the wrong century.

    • @wendybraswell9405
      @wendybraswell9405 9 років тому +4

      Olivia Westbrook The justice system here is flawed, just like any system where people are involved in determining ones guilt or innocence. A jury trial, plea agreement, or judicial sentence by Judge...however you determine it, human error is involved; thus making it a flawed system. Since it is a flawed system and is open for much debate, I am free to make any determination I may deem appropriate based on the facts that were presented. Your extremely judgmental (and contradictory since you are trying to berate me for stating my verdict, based on my very educated assumption...) posturing serves no real purpose...just like my personal verdict in the Anthony case....except to throw my two cents in for anyone who cares to hear it. Your opinion, nor mine, since she was found innocent and cannot be tried again due to double jeopardy, really matter...so I am a bit confused with the amount of emotion wrapped up in defending Mrs. Anthony....unless you are in the Anthony Camp? Or perhaps are from England and are still upset with your nanny drama over here?

    Most sane people can't imagine how someone could kill their own toddler. But the fact is, there just are people like that. They don't have the same feelings others do.
    I've known a few people who are sort of like that. I doubt they would commit murder. They have feelings. They do feel empathy and have some moral convictions. But not in the same way. They may cry over their dog dying or their mother or even their grandmother. But they have emotional blindspots in bizarre places and in bizarre ways. And if push comes to shove, they could murder if they had to and they wouldn't feel the least bit bad about it.
