Laramy Holman I wouldn't believe hardly a word he says. There is no meaning or feeling behind anything that comes out of his lying mouth. Notice he doesn't stop the interview to answer his phone, despite telling people to call if they see or hear of sightings of Laci. He did tell Amber he didn't want kids, I believe that's one of the few times he actually told the truth.
I said the same thing…I don’t have kids, but I’ve always looked forward to being a dad. If my gf, fiancé, or wife was missing and pregnant with my son or daughter I’d be out everywhere looking for them, I’d take to social media, every friend/family, and any press time to beg and plea with any to help find them. I’d do the exact thing for my nieces or nephews.
Let's be honest. It's called unborn for a reason. He never met his potential baby. Therefor he doesn't have the attachment that a parent would usually have for there first child.
Me!!!! i cried sooo hard in the car my dad couldnt stop telling me to hush kts juat a die its 9 more at home but none of them was a brown childdd thoooooooo
I just thought about the same...not to mention he doesn’t even know where his phone is with a supposedly missing pregnant wife out there somewhere. Yeah. Right. And he not once talks about the baby like he doesn’t even exist...Same dead eyes and voice as Chris Watts.
@@lindabillege6106 yep! It's so very obvious. And, this latest pregnant gal that was found the other day, her man was going back to where he dumped her body too. Just like Scott did! These creepy wife/girlfriend killers, often do the same types of things. They are obvious!
Him telling Amber Frey it would be his first Christmas without his wife, weeks before his wife went missing, plus his cheery demeanour on the phone calls to Amber, were the most damning bits of evidence for me.
Calling his GF from the park while waiting for Laci's vigil to start. Laughing, happy, talking about his imaginary holiday in Paris with his fake friends...SOB!
Not just his first Christmas not with his wife but that he “lost” her. It really annoys the crap out of me how many weirdos out there convinced he’s innocent. It’s a spit on Lacy. Everyone agrees Chris Watts is a “monster” because he admitted to killing his family. Scott is ten times worse than Chris because scott decades later is STILL keeping up this disgusting charade. At least Chris owned up to his screw ups. Scott is the lowest of the lowest. Putting everyone through a trial, he’s just disgusting and if their is a hell he’s going without a doubt.
I think the only reason he called Amber Frey after Laci disappeared was to try and make sure she didn’t go to the police or the media with the information that he was having an extramarital affair. Good thing that backfired on him.
I agree Chris Watts used him as a playbook. They are cut from the same exact cloth. Flat affect, no emotion, dead eyes, cheating on their pregnant wives. Guilty as sin, both of them.
So sad but so true! I think it’s liars/murderers ways of dealing with what they did. If they speak softly internally it means something I guess...Sick, just sick!!!

All evidence points to the Medina burglary as having occurred at the time Laci disappeared. Merlin, the trailing dog, led Valentin to the Gallo winery, very near the Airport district where Todd and Pearce lived and where stolen goods were recovered. Diane Jackson reported seeing the burglary in progress on the morning of December 24. Tom Harshman reported seeing Laci later that afternoon being forced into a van similar to the one Jackson saw. Adam Tenbrink told his brother Shawn that Laci interrupted Todd and others during the burglary and Todd threatened her. Todd and Pearce gave conflicting information about the timing of the burglary.
I think he put the cement anchors on her neck and arms and with the decomposition of the body and the bad weather and storm the anchors probably cut her arms and neck and that led the body to wash ashore.
His wife is missing. His phone rings. What does Scott do?????? Does he run to the phone hoping its going to be her???? Noooooo. He gradually goes looking for it and before that he asks the Interviewer, "Do you want me to shut that off" If that doesn't prove he killed her, I don't know what does. RIP Beautiful Laci and Connor🙏❤
Both in the same league but Chris Watts would clearly be the triple crown winner/loser. Stuffing your little girls thru an 8 inch opening into a waste oil tank seems just a bit more repulsive. As far as gauging repulsiveness goes.
Having had a missing youngest brother, you would never turn your phone off and if it rang 24/7, you would answer it unless in his case he already knew where Laci was!!!
"They're not looking for Laci as much as they should," says Scott. Well, if you didn't commit such heinous crimes, NO one would have to look for poor, helpless Laci and your very own baby she was carrying in her womb, Scott!!
This annoys me so much !! Also, he says at the end people may question his morals but that should not stop them looking for Laci. If you doubted his innocence, you'd hardly be out there searching. I'm not surprised he was a manure salesman ! So appropriate!!

@@elizabethhimes2595 He should be blaming the police. The MPD should have done their jobs. They refused follow the actual evidence, tips and sightings that points in a completely different direction. The media spun everything and that's the way police wanted it. He was seen at the marina by three people. Does it sound logical that a guy is going to kill his wife and take the chance of dumping her body in broad daylight. He needs to back the boat down the ramp and leave it there for anyone to see in broad daylight including anyone from the hundreds of people that live on their boats all year round. There was no forensic evidence, eyewitnesses, video surveillance etc ever proving the States theory. We even have the SF Medical examiner (Boyd Stevens) explaining to the lead detective that it would be highly unlikely that 32 lbs would submerge the body. It would just float. He also said the currents would likely take the body out to sea. She was found nearly 4 months later. How do currents flowing Southbound at 4 knots place either body where they were found. -Conner (baby) was determined to be alive until Jan 3rd by both the States expert and the Medical examiner? Furthermore, Dr Charles March testified there is no way that Scott and Laci Peterson's unborn baby could have died any earlier than Dec. 29, 2002. Dr Allison Galloway determined the baby could have even been alive as far along as Jan 14th. -Conner was found above the high tide line and water break. -The baby's left ear was permanently flattened against the head and a rectangular piece of material was over his ear. -Plastic wrap knotted around his neck that had to be cut off, not far from a plastic bag which was never tested. -The criminologist and medical examiner, both concluded that the twine could not have wrapped around Conner’s neck accidentally. Dr. Cyril Wecht noted, "never in a million years." -Laci had a missing neck that is not consistent with any known disarticulation in aqueous environments. -Laci's uterus was at least 10 cm (3.9") smaller than it should have been, explaining why the incision to remove Conner was not visible on her body, and the injured 9th rib, postmortem injury is in the same location where such an incision would have been made.

"Laci's Land Rover January 29th , Scott traded in their Land Rover for a 2002 Dodge Dakota pick up. We offer the following facts regarding the trade-in of Laci's car: Scott had asked several times for his truck to be returned to him (see Detective Grogan's testimony). It was not going to happen so Scott needed to make other arrangements because he needed a truck for work. The used, 2002 Dodge Dakota that Scott purchased on January 28th was worth less than the 2002 4x4 crew cab F150 the police had confiscated. The suggestion that Scott was uncaring and went to get a new truck while his wife was missing is unreasonable. Scott had a new truck before Laci went missing, but it was in police custody. Her car was traded in for the Dodge out of necessity"

Interesting Scott's phone is ringing off the hook and he decides to decline it so he could continue the interview unfettered. You'd think he would immediately answer any call because it could be new information about his missing pregnant wife. It's all the things Scott did: ordered porn while they were searching for Laci, selling lacis vehicle, turning the nursery into a storage room, telling Amber he's in France when he's at a vigil for Laci, lacis body turning up right where Scott went fishing in a boat no one knew he bought, telling Amber he lost his wife before she was lost, that solidifies Scott's guilt.

To be logical, that doesn’t prove he murdered her. It proves he was a scum husband and person. 14 witnesses state they saw Laci walking their dog, during the time Scott was at the warehouse on his computer (computer logs prove that.) It was also years later recorded by a prison guard a phone call of the robber from the day Laci went missing, telling whomever he was on the phone with about murdering Laci. The guard recorded the call, turned it into the police. Magically, the tape went missing. Let me be clear- I think Scott was a terrible husband. I think he did a lot of suspicious activity that makes him look bad. Fact of the matter is however you are only supposed to convict when “beyond a reasonable doubt”- there’s plenty of reasons to doubt. I think Scott, being the scum that he is, was RELIEVED that Laci was missing. I think he didn’t want to be a dad or husband anymore, and when Laci went missing, it was all too convenient and he had no problem moving on. Which isn’t too hard to believe considering his affair, in a sense, he already was moving on.
I didn't know about some of the things you listed here, but that phone thing? Spot on! I wouldn't let that phone out of my sight. It's only been a month or so! It would be glued to my hands!
@@Nonowness Wrong! HE DID WANT CHILDREN Couples they hung out with started having babies, Scott and Laci surprised friends when they reversed an earlier stance of not wanting children. Laci, who had had surgery years earlier and was left with one ovary, knew it would be difficult to conceive and methodically tracked her cycle. Richardson said she recalls Laci expressing frustration that Scott always seemed to be traveling at the wrong time, and it took some time before Laci was pregnant. By early June, she got the good news. She enrolled in a prenatal yoga course and attended Lamaze classes with Scott. They also got to work early on the baby's room. Of course that concerned me because we'd had conversations before in his presence or they had had conversations in my presence about having children. KING: So then it shocked you? ROCHA: It did. It really surprised me. KING: But then she got pregnant. ROCHA: Well, then she went on to say that not only did she -- that he didn't think he wanted to have children, she also said that he didn't want to. So, I was -- I was really upset about that knowing that he knew how she felt about having children. And then it was about a month or so later, it was around Thanksgiving time she and I were in the kitchen preparing dinner when she told me that she's going to stop taking birth control pills in December. Well, that surprised me because it had only been a month ago that Scott didn't want to have children. So, we had a conversation about that and I said, "Are you sure? Are both of you absolutely sure because you can't put the baby back once he's here"? Well, it was an it at that time. It was nothing at that time. HARRIS: And you were called in an interview you did with the police, excuse me. Let me take that back. Scott's behavior during Laci's disappearance can be easily explained. He thought he had gotten away with it. No physical evidence linking him to the murders and no bodies. He didn't expect the bodies to wash ashore, that's why he didn't flee until the last minute. He was convinced he'd pulled it off perfectly.

I don’t need to see the storm to know it poured outside when the ground is wet and people are walking around with umbrellas. The amount of circumstantial evidence is overwhelming and just as valid as physical evidence. I don’t need to know how he killed her to know that every shred of evidence points to his guilt. If you know all the facts of this case and still believe he’s innocent... that’s just pitiful.
This man can not name a single thing, not one, that connected him to Laci. Not a single thing he loved about her. “I think that can be summed up in the smile you see on that photo in the media”. She asks again…what do you love about her? Scott…”her smile”. Yeah…you’re missing wife is clearly consuming all your waking hours. {eye roll}
That's what I was thinking. He hears the phone ring and let's it ring, then afterwards he can't find it? Any innocent person who has a missing wife or child would be carrying that phone with them at ALL times and would be running to answer it and check who was calling. Just like Chris Watts when he was watching the neighbors camera footage. He clearly didn't want to see it. But an innocent man who has a pregnant wife and 2 small kids both under 5 years old would be glued to the t.v and be watching it over and over for anything that might give a clue to what happened.
Or maybe he’s just guilty of murder and knew she was never coming back. We could go back and forth all day. He ignored call waiting when talking to amber a few times in the audios too. Wasn’t an isolated incident. Believe what you want. You’re allowed. I think the idea of shutting off a 2nd phone is silly though. If it were my wife I’d keep both lines open at all times. I’d be obsessed with finding her. That’s me though. I look at all his behavior, not just this, and to me he looks like a guilty man
@@MrCjchamp2001 I totally agree! If Scott is so innocent, why didn't the Petersons report any of the calls that made Scott look guilty? When they had their own call line open, when Laci was missing, one of the detectives had someone call in with info that seemed to implicate Scott. They just wanted to see if the Petersons were being legit, and really sharing all the info with them like they were supposed to be doing. Do you think they shared those incriminating calls? Of course not! Scott is as guilty as they come!
K Smith I don’t have a narrative. I have an opinion based on what I’ve seen. The audios are on UA-cam. It’s intuition and imo common sense. I don’t care about testimony. I’m not in a court of law here. This is UA-cam commentary. I can have any opinion I want. So can you, as I’ve seen you post repeatedly about your opinion on this case and get annoyed with everyone who disagrees with you. Here’s an idea. Since Scott is in prison after being found guilty by a jury of his peers, after reviewing testimony, there is really nothing more for me to say or do. However, since you are so convinced he’s innocent, are such a “ deep thinker”, and believe you’re smarter than all of the detectives and lawyers ,who make a living conducting investigations and presenting them in court, how about you do something useful and find the true killer? Arguing with me and everyone else on UA-cam is accomplishing nothing for you. Put your money where your mouth is. Do it and I’ll bow down to you mr/Ms Smith. I’ll wait but won’t hold my breath.
💡 Fun Fact: Law enforcement didn’t tell Scott to refrain from publicly talking about the topics he claimed they told him not to discuss. In fact, they wanted him to keep talking.
Just one more thing that I saw and took mental note of! He tries to shush the call because he knew she was dead! He was trying to do an interview and pretend and that phone call interrupted it😂😂
Looking for his pregnant, missing wife,, but he turns his phone OFF!!! WTF?? They may have been calling to say we found her!!!! Devil right there....his eyes are dead....Rip to Connor and Lacey..💕💗💞
He wasted all that time on the phone with her after Lacy's disappearance in hopes to convince her not to go to authorities. I bet he so regretted that wasted time and effort.

Sociopaths are made Psychopaths are born. There is no evidence Scot was a product of his environment, so psychopath is more appropriate. Also, he earned $5,000 per month, so he wasn't stupid. He came close to getting away with it. Had it not been for that storm, which tore the bodies away from those homemade anchors, she likely would not have been found.
That guy didn't consider Amber his mistress or a woman that he was having a relationship with on the side , he we're strictly having some worthless fun with Amber Scott isn't " relationship " material🥱
He bought a boat the same day that Amber’s friend confronted him about being married and told him that if he didn’t tell Amber about Laci, she would.Laci’s body washed up right in the area he was fishing, but that day he told many people he’d been playing golf. He’s 100% guilty.
100%. The most frustrating thing is that there’s no solid DNA evidence that he actually killed her even though he was convicted. I wish they could find something to solidify it for all the doubters, bc he’s 100% guilty. We just don’t know how exactly he did it or where.

@@georgefrossinos9404 There are over a dozen credible sightings of Laci and McKenzie. The MPD lies until this day, insisting they found the woman that was mistaken for Laci. That never happened. Then there is Russell Graybill told officers on 12-27-02 that the gate was open and McKenzie was not on the property when he delivered mail to their house between 10:35 and 10:50 that morning. The MPD claimed that Laci had gone missing before Karen Servas put the dog back in the yard and closed the gate. That information alone shows that Laci was walking McKenzie when Graybill devered the mail. Otherwise, the gate would have been closed, and McKenzie would have been barking at him.
He is being interviewed by the media pleading for help to find his missing pregnant wife and then his phone rings which seems to be an inconvenience interrupting his air time. You would think he would jump everytime his phone rings hoping to hear his wife or potential leads to follow up on. Not only that, he didn't even know where the damn thing was.
Some of the statements he made were very bizarre. And seemed rehearsed. Hes very robotic and his voice was quite gravely. I'm sure he was trying to maintain a sense of *if I have no emotions , they wont think I'm lying*. He keeps his hands in his pockets when being interviewed at the police station. His interview has been analyzed by professionals that analyze liars and there were many deceptions.

Amazing he has it all together....normal people would not have been able to do this without completely breaking down....men or women...if you truly loved that person!
It’s scary to think that Scott Peterson almost got away with the perfect murder. I think when he planned it (and make no mistake, he did plan it) he didn’t anticipate that the case would get as much media attention as it did, and he didn’t think Amber Frey would turn on him, which was really the tipping point in the case. I guess he also figured that the bodies would never be found.
His wife is missing/abducted and his phone rings..."oh, let me turn that off..." wtf??!! He would have jumped to answer it in hopes of news about Laci!!
I came here to compare his interview to Chris Watts interview. Wow. So similar. He only agreed to a *future interview because he had to prepare all these responses (lies) but yet he could not nail down the emotions and reactions. People like this DON'T KNOW *how to *BE normal and their emotions *usually mimic others' . His words can deceive but apparently did not prepare for his lack of human emotions

A the vigil, everyone is praying for Laci's safe return. Sharon Rocha is inconsolable. Other family members look fearful. And where's Scott? He's on a call to his girlfriend pretending he's celebrating in Paris. Laughing about American pop songs. Accompanied by his imaginary friends. All lies!! He describes the crowd as "huge" - his only truth. The crowd he's really referring to consists of distraught friends, family, neighbours and even complete strangers who are desperately worried about a "missing" pregnant woman. Scott's NOT worried! Scott doesn't have a care in the world. He knows Laci and Connor are dead. He's excited because he thinks he's a free man. Free to pursue his girlfriend Amber. Big mistake! Huge! Scott Peterson was rightfully convicted of the murder of his wife and son. Amen!
When you say ‘Big Mistake! Huge!’ I immediately think of Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman, telling that snooty blonde that she has to go shopping now. Lol. Agree with your comment too!
Everyone keeps saying things about his demeanor comparing how he’s acting in contrast to how Laci’s family is acting. One fact that I’d like to point out is, he’s been acting that way during the entire case. Y’all do know that BEFORE Amber Frey went public Laci’s family, the Rocha’s were supporters of Scott. Mind you HIS DEMEANOR HASNT CHANGED! So let’s think critically think here. The Rocha’s are from Modesto. Scott is from San Diego. He moves to be closer to Laci’s family leaving his family 🤔 four hours away if I’m not mistaken. Soooo who does Scott spend most of his time and holidays with, the Rocha’s! That being said, who would know how Scott acts during moments of stress or times of emotions, the Rocha’s. They didn’t and couldn’t even fathom Scott as being a suspect, even with the way he was acting until Amber came on the scene. Until then THE ROCHAS WERE CONTENT WITH HIS DEMEANOR BECAUSE THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY USED TO IT!!!

"Laci's Land Rover
January 29th , Scott traded in their Land Rover for a 2002 Dodge Dakota pick up. We offer the following facts regarding the trade-in of Laci's car:
Scott had asked several times for his truck to be returned to him (see Detective Grogan's testimony).

Where did you get the information that he ordered porn?
@@anthonycaruso3688 the manager of a cable provider testified in court that he ordered the playboy channel and then 5 days later ordered more porn channels. While his wife was missing and people were desperately searching for her.
To be logical, that doesn’t prove he murdered her. It proves he was a scum husband and person.
14 witnesses state they saw Laci walking their dog, during the time Scott was at the warehouse on his computer (computer logs prove that.)
It was also years later recorded by a prison guard a phone call of the robber from the day Laci went missing, telling whomever he was on the phone with about murdering Laci.
He's so creepy how he ignores the horrible fact that his baby is missing too. No real emotion at all.
I don't think he's capable of real emotions...what did Laci see in him?
he never wanted children
@@Nonowness Wrong!
HE DID WANT CHILDREN
Couples they hung out with started having babies, Scott and Laci surprised friends when they reversed an earlier stance of not wanting children.
Consistent with the decorations for The Shack and with Scott's interest in fishing, the couple chose a nautical theme, even hanging a life preserver decoration that read: "Welcome Aboard."
Brent Rocha confirmed that Scott did indeed plan to have a family, and was quite emotional about becoming a father:
Mark Geragos: And also fair to say that she was very excited about the kid?
Brent Rocha: Yes.
Mark Geragos: Okay. And Scott was as well?
Brent Rocha: Yes.
Mark Geragos: When he talked about, when you talked to him, he would express the fact that he's, I mean he's a goal-oriented person; you heard that description earlier today. You would agreed with that, right?
Brent Rocha: Yes.
Mark Geragos: And is, one of his goals was to have a child and a family?
Brent Rocha: Yes.
Mark Geragos: Okay. And he told you that he was thinking about what kind of father he was going to be and he was crying and he said he was going to be great; isn't that what he told you?
Brent Rocha: That's what he was saying.
Sharon Rocha confirmed, on Larry King Live, that Laci told her Scott had changed his mind about having a baby shortly after they moved to Covena in October 2002:
ROCHA: “that's when she told me that Scott had said that he didn't think he wanted to have children.
And she said, yes, that they had talked about it and they were ready that Scott was ready also.
Greg Reed gave testimony about Scott's and Laci's relationship, and Scott's participation in Laci's pregnancy.
HARRIS: And at some point you became pretty good friends with Scott, enough that you talked to him on a fairly regular basis, is that,
REED: That's correct.
HARRIS: In fact, I think you mentioned to the police maybe once or twice a week, does that sound about right?
REED: One more time?
HARRIS: I think you mentioned to the police maybe once or twice a week you would talk to Scott?
REED: Yes.
HARRIS: Does that sound right?
REED: Yes.
HARRIS: You also, Kristen, your wife, became friends with Laci, is that fair?
REED: All four of us met at the same time.
HARRIS: And they became friends separate of you and Scott? Kristen and Laci became friends?
REED: Yes, they did.
HARRIS: And at some point you and your wife began a Lamaze class at your home, is that correct?
REED: That is correct.
HARRIS: And you asked Scott and Laci if they would like to join in the Lamaze class?
REED: That is correct.
HARRIS: And they agreed to do that, right?
REED: Yes.
HARRIS: Okay. During about a one month period, they came to your house on a weekly basis to participate in the Lamaze classes, is that right?
REED: That's probably about right. About once a week.
HARRIS: You got a chance to see them interact quite a bit during that, didn't you?
REED: Yes.
HARRIS: And your impression, from telling the police, your impression was that they were a very happy couple?
REED: Yes.
HARRIS: And, in fact, you told the police Scott treated her very, very well?
REED: Yes.
HARRIS: They both, I believe your quote to the police was they were both very excited about the baby coming, is that right?
REED: That's what it appeared, yes.
HARRIS: And you were called in an interview you did with the police, excuse me. Let me take that back. Do you recall an incident at one point where you were looking through a catalog called Cabella's catalog?
REED: Yes, I remember that.
HARRIS: What is the Cabella's catalog?
REED: It's a hunting, fishing, outdoors-type of magazine. And equipment.
HARRIS: And they actually sell kids' camouflage outfits, is that right?
REED: In that magazine they were.
HARRIS: In that particular one?
REED: Yes.
HARRIS: During that time you were looking at it, both you and Scott were going through the, the kids' section or the kids' outfits,
hunting and fishing, or whatever outfits, and the two of you were talking and laughing about how much you couldn't wait to buy your kids those kind of outfits, is that correct?

"January 14, 2003 First hint at selling the Covena home
Scott's first mention of selling the house was to Terri Western.
WESTERN: Yes, I did. As I did every morning. I was either the first one or one of the first that had arrived. And Scott was there that morning, and he was visibly upset. So I sat down next to him while he was going through the e-mails on the computer. And I said, "Scott," you know, "Are you okay?" And he said no. He goes, "I need to talk to you about selling the house. I can't have Laci come back here."
DISTASO: And what did you respond to him, if anything?
WESTERN: I responded with, "Well, Scott, I understand. However, now is not the time nor the place to discuss this."
DISTASO: And did he mention that to you again about selling the house?
WESTERN: No, he did not.
(Trial)
No effort was made by MPD or by the Defense, apparently, to determine what upset Scott so much. Scott didn't mention selling the house again to Western. Instead, he turned to Brian Argain.
January 22, 2003 Scott again inquired about selling the Covena house
Scott called Brian Argain to inquire about selling the house. Transcript The phone conversation lasted 4 minutes and was captured in one of the wiretaps. Scott asked Brian about getting together with him to discuss the possibilities. He wanted to put it on the market right away, as a furnished home, and wanted it kept secret from the media. Scott said, 'no way is Laci coming back to that place.' Brian said since LE had already searched the house, he didn't know of any reason why Scott couldn't sell it, but he would check for him. They arranged to meet for lunch the next day to continue the conversation.
January 23, 2003 Scott met with Brian, but didn't discuss selling the house
In a wiretapped voicemail to Brian, Scott confirmed that he met with Brian as arranged on the 22nd, but they didn't have an opportunity to discuss selling the house. Transcript MPD acknowledged they had undercover officers on hand.
January 27, 2003 Scott talked again with Brian Argain about selling the house
In a captured wiretap conversation, Brian agreed to speak with his manager about Scott selling the house. Transcript
January 29, 2003 Scott talked again to Argain about the house
In a captured wiretap conversation, Brian told Scott he would probably have to obtain a court order to sell the house since Laci's name is on the Deed. Scott then brought up the possibility of renting it, and Brian said he could have his Property Management group handle it. Brian was not to proceed, however, until he heard back from Scott. No, we are determining guilt based on all the evidence of his fucking guilt. There is a reason why circumstantial evidence is valid in a court of law. The amount of circumstantial evidence is overwhelming and just as valid as physical evidence. I don’t need to know how he killed her to know that every shred of evidence points to his guilt. If you know all the facts of this case and still believe he’s innocent... that’s just pitiful.

So GUILTY. Hes too calm to have his wife and son missing! Bad actor.
So glad you asked me about my mistress. 😆

He doesn’t even mention bringing home his SON as well. She was pregnant, very pregnant. That’s his baby, does he not care that not only is she missing but his baby is too…. That’s telling to me.
I think that’s the sociopathic part of his personality. Connor wasn’t important to him and once he was gone he was gone. It simply doesn’t occur to him to bring him up.
Imagine using the word "grief" too soon
Yep
Wife’s missing, she’s pregnant, cell phone rings during the interview and he didn’t answer the call. Speaks volumes about his character.
Talking to his girlfriend Amber: Happy! Excitement!
Talking about his missing pregnant wife: flatline!
"Laci is what matters". Excuse me, what about your unborn baby? The time he DOES mention him, he just says "baby". Not "our baby/ my baby/ Laci's baby". Not even "THE baby". Just spits out the word "baby". He blatantly doesn't give a tinker's cuss about his baby.

There are over a dozen credible sightings of Laci and McKenzie.

"She's hurting worse than any of Us!" Very telling statement.
Yes, exactly Mark. Also acts as cool as a cucumber during his first police interview on Christmas Eve. Hands in pockets, leaning back, showing zero emotion only hours after his pregnant wife went "missing". Evil MURDERER!!
No emotion - total calm - even though pregnant wife and unborn baby are 'missing'. Don't think so. Narcissists pull this cover-up all the time.
Amazing he has it all together....normal people would not have been able to do this without completely breaking down....men or women...if you truly loved that person!
His wife is missing yet he doesn’t answer his phone
He knows who isn’t calling
It’s scary to think that Scott Peterson almost got away with the perfect murder. I think when he planned it (and make no mistake, he did plan it) he didn’t anticipate that the case would get as much media attention as it did, and he didn’t think Amber Frey would turn on him, which was really the tipping point in the case. I guess he also figured that the bodies would never be found.
The McMichaels almost got away with a murder in broad daylight.

He describes the crowd as "huge" - his only truth. The crowd he's really referring to consists of distraught friends, family, neighbours and even complete strangers who are desperately worried about a "missing" pregnant woman. Scott's NOT worried!

Conner was determined to be alive until Jan 3rd by both the States expert and the Medical examiner? Furthermore, Dr Charles March testified there is no way that Scott and Laci Peterson's unborn baby could have died any earlier than Dec. 29, 2002. Dr Allison Galloway determined the baby could have even been alive as far along as Jan 14th.
-There was no forensic evidence, eyewitnesses, video surveillance etc ever proving the States theory.

-Conner (baby) was found above the high tide line and water break.
Dr. Cyril Wecht noted, "never in a million years."
-Laci had a missing neck that is not consistent with any known disarticulation in aqueous environments.
-Laci's uterus was at least 10 cm (3.9") smaller than it should have been, explaining why the incision to remove Conner was not visible on her body, and the injured 9th rib, postmortem injury is in the same location where such an incision would have been made.
