You are very welcome! Yeah, it sadly doesn't perform as well in corners/along the wall and below cupoards or stairs etc. But its still a strong performing device overall. I hope you´re happy with it!
You could but its not as good as with a vaccum cleaner. Also this model isn´t suited or at least targeted towards carpets and rugs. Its not worth the price if the only thing you want to do is vaccuum.
I imagine the corded s5 with steam has a longer life span and is more dependable. Anything with a rechargeable battery has limitations. The length of time you can use it in one go, suction strength/performance can diminish if battery isn’t full and that is very important in a machine like this. The life spans are no where near as long as corded machines bc of the dependance on batteries. If this machine was corded it would have steady power running to it which makes it stronger and more reliable.
Just got the newest bissel steam pro one but before that I had a bissel one and it shampooed carpet and hard floors. They make them. Never had the chance to use it on our harder surfaces. Wish I had. To be honest getting a smaller one like this that’s just meant for one purpose is probably a better bet. Upright cleaners are heavy and hard to lug around.
thank you. I bought one after watching this video. so far so good. for corners, underneath and stairs, you need to use regular mop.

What is the difference between this version and S5 Extreme?
Hello! Can I vacuum short or medium height carpets with it?
You could but its not as good as with a vaccum cleaner. Also this model isn´t suited or at least targeted towards carpets and rugs. Its not worth the price if the only thing you want to do is vaccuum.
What is the lifespan of the battery?
Hard to say, but I´d say at least 2 or 3 years. propably more.

Is there a wet dry cordless vac that can do both hard floor and carpets?
From the ones we tested out so far, check out the one from Bissel. Its pretty good!
@@wunschgetreu-reviewsmadein195 thank you :)

So not ideal for carpets?
No its not ideal for that. Bissel Crosswave or something similar would be better.
Many problems with the battery charging
