The brand is advertising the one blade series like “for face”, “for body and face” but i noticed that they have the same tech, same blade. i guess they give you the safe skin clip and the other clips just to say it can be used for the body. can we use the oneblade face machine for the body aswell???

Is the 5000x good compared to the 7200? Is it worth the extra 30$ for the 7200?

I’m a double-edge razor guy at heart-nothing beats that baby-smooth finish. But when I need to shave 7 days a week without looking like I’ve fought a lawnmower, I grab my Philips Norelco (as seen in this video). It’s fast, convenient, and with a wet shave, my skin feels great-no irritation, no regrets. Sure, it’s not quite the same as my trusty razor, but it’s close enough that I’m not complaining. Let’s just say it’s the MVP of ‘I don’t have time for this today’ shaves!

I am glad to see that the fold up trimmer is back. I've got an earlier 5000 series and I have to change the heads every time I want to switch between shaving and trimming, which is a nuisance.

I disagree that rotary shavers are more difficult to use than foil shavers; I think it's just the opposite, in fact. With foil shavers you typically go back-and-forth in a straight line, but you have to do so according to direction of hair growth. If you're moving in a circular motion (which is not difficult), you simply don't have to worry about direction of hair growth. Of course, you can move foil shavers in circular motions as well (oh no, heresy!).

I ordered the Phillips 3000 shaver and pleased with this product. What I find is I can't charge it !! tried several times, Can someone help ? Tried looking at Utube but charging was not mentioned. Thanks

Just got this razor and it's excellent. Real close shave and you don't have to grind it into your face.

just bought 2weeks ago the 9 pro plus And i can’t believe the 7 series shaves closer and better 😮😮😮 only downside side it has towards the 9pro+ is that the 9pro+ is more gentle but it doesn’t do the work 100% only 90%😢

Does the heating time only occur at the beginning, or do we need to wait periodically during use? I'm asking because I have a Polti, and after 2-3 minutes of use, I need to wait around 30 seconds before it can steam again.

12:49 - That protrusion makes it hard to shave under the nose. Another bad thing about the Philips rotary shavers is that they just don't do a great job when shaving the head. Practically any foil shaver will do much better.

Also the triangular head is huge and very difficult to maneuver more than anything on the upper lip the sideburns and behind the ears. In addition, rotary discs cut further from the skin than BRAUN sheets.

They call the 9000 "the world's most intelligent shaver powered by AI" which is an intelligence-insulting joke. I bought a 5000X recently for $50 USD recently, and I find it rrrreally hard to believe that paying $210 USD more for a 9000 would have been worth it. The only things I dislike about the 5000X are that it lacks a battery percentage indicator, and it requires a proprietary charging cord, rather than using USB-C, as it obviously should. I'd also caution people to avoid buying shavers with rubberized handles, as they turn _invariably_ to sticky goo after a few years.

My X3001/00 has no battery charge indicator, so I never know exactly if I can finish shaving. I always have to remember to recharge it before it's too late)

I bought an arc 5 and a Philips 7000. I never imagined how good the Philips could be. So comfortable and an excellent shave, although I'm not after complete smoothness but you still get an extremely close shave. So easy to hold, glides over the face and rinses easily under the tap. The Panasonic is a superbly built shaver but something just doesn't feel right.

I am not sure of my model number, however, I have the Eureka and viral multi steamer, multi purpose, steam cleaner, and I have the hose attachment and it has a head on it, but when I try to fit the head into a couple of the different attachments, it won’t go in because the nozzle isn’t long enough. Where do I find or how do I find a nozzle that will fit into these attachments and then it’s supposed to screw into the floor attachment the scrubber but I don’t see how you could even screw again or how you could push it in because it’s got a pointy head that would be one of these attachments however, again I still don’t have the long part to put it into these so I wanna find out how can I get that part

The old design is still the best. I bought a series 5000 and it was awful. Too much plastic surrounding the shaving heads and it dragged...in the 90s I had a philishave which came in 3 colours ( mine was brown) and it was excellent.

Which one would you recommend for cleaning sofas/carpets/beds? I am afraid, it might be too wet and soaked and may get these brownish water circles after steaming.

I wonder how it is working between the upper lip and nose part. Seems that it is quite difficult with this 7000 system as i think it is hard to reach against the nose. Plus i have a heavy growth, is it better to go for a Braun one? I literally just broke my braun and had also some difficulties with the upper lip part, even when shaving daily. Wet is no option due to my 50 years old sensitive skin that gives rash after a wet shave
