Hadn’t heard of the E. Dehilleron or the palatial Starbucks. Thanks for sharing!
Glad you enjoyed!
Enjoyed your video. Thank you.
Canal St Martin is one of my top favs. It's a great place to be in summer. Passage des Panoramas, definitely. Unfortunately, Place du Tertre has lost its Parisian, bohemian identity due to mass-tourism invasion. It used to be really decent and authentic in the previous century, 1970s, 80s and 90s. Obviously, this you can't know.
You would need to walk down (or up) the less known tracks to find tucked restaurants by the steeped stairs of the hill.
Thanks Michelle we enjoyed Canal St. Martin and Passage des Panoramas! All the places you can discover in Paris makes it feel like a new city each trip
Thx heaps for these suggestions. Will definitely try these out. The rooftop hasn’t been open when we’ve been there before. My 5th time in Paris, just need to do different things. Cheers from 🇦🇺
We just discovered your channel. Thanks for y’all’s insight of Paris. Going for the first time in June

Love your channel! I am going to Paris and Germany this year. I love these tips. That Starbucks! Wow! 🤩 Thanks for sharing!
I’m dying to know, who has the green thumb? So many plants behind you! 😅 🪴
Thanks Alicia, we hope you enjoy your trip! Jimmy has the green thumb ☺️
@@jimmyandbabstravels Thank you! I’m definitely looking forward to the trip. It should be awesome.
I love the plants. It’s a lovely background. Keep up the good work, Jimmy! 😊

Welcome and Happy Travels, David!
Didn't you pay ridiculous prices in that Star Bucks? The Canal de St. Martin est très pittoresque. It reminds me to Amsterdam.
It’s actually the same price as any other Starbucks. And yes, the Canal is a gem.
@@jimmyandbabstravels Thanks for the information. I was some years ago in a Star Bucks in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and I thought that the price for my tea was pretty high compared with other bars in that city.
Why on earth would anyone want to drink "coffee" from Starbucks no matter how pretty the room? When you are in Paris where it is possible to buy actual coffee from many, many places.
Indeed, just walk in, take a look and walk out if you want to see it. The coffee still sucks.
👍🏼🥴
Thanks for your thoughts and for watching! Sometimes it’s nice to sit and enjoy coffee in a fancy place ☺️☕️
Take the boat on the Canal St. Martin which is much more interesting than those on the Seine. There are two other passages connected to the Passages des Panoramas which are equally charming! Sorry to disagree on the place du Tertre - it's full of tourists, second rate overpriced artists and hawkers selling worthless trinkets. Every tourist guide mentions this and it has long ago lost its luster.
Another POV - Place du Tertre is special to me. My Dad brought back a painting for my Mum from there many years back. They have both passed now. Was lucky enough to visit in 2018, so much nostalgia. 🇦🇺🇫🇷
