When tybros told his company to stay so he could solo kill all the tyrannid. Plus he can go full stealth mode with his Terminator armor without anybody notice him.
It would be the book I haven't listened to yet lol. I've listened to Silent Hunters, where they up against the Drukari, and Red Tithe, where they fight the Night Lords on this prison planet. They both cool but I really wanted to experience Tyberos in beast mode. Now I gotta go hunt the outer dark to find this book!
Gotta say, I'm a big fan of your narration and style of your videos. No gimmicky music, unnecessary sound effects. Just a smooth voice with a quality script. Really enjoy listening to your content either when I'm heading to bed, or driving to and from work. Either of, excellent work!
They have got to be a chimeric gene seed of Corvus & Konrad; either that or they are the terra born OG Ravenguard that Corvus sent out to do stuff because they were too vicious.
Jaws music comming from the void. Night Lords: "Oh no. Slave quick call the retreat! Can't you hear the music, that's a 4/4 string ostinato in D minor every Chaos marine knows it's means death! Call the the retreat before it's too late!"
I definitely see the link to RG, and NL...but if they are as old as the unification wars, then they also served a similar role to the DA in the early crusade, as a vanguard/frontier force placed deliberately far out to create an artificial colonisable "zone" for other legions to crusade through.
You are correct. Both chapters fought in the bqdab war, uncertain if they fought together though? The exorcists are careful to avoid revealing their warp taint for obvious reasons, so they tend to avoid other chapters and their accompanying psychers. Check out the latest Exorcist book “Oaths of damnation” Once again, as much as I love the space sharks, I suspect the exorcists would walk right through them. They’re basically loyalist marines with chaos hacks. Something tells me that this will not end well for the exorcists as is strongly hinted at in the aforementioned mentioned book.
I like them and think they are neat. Did you mention in the video they have a giant dinosaur shark on their ship? I may have missed that part. Its supposed to be a giant fish tank with a giant dinosaur type shark. I may be confused but I think they at some point swim with it or have communion with it. Definitely a very interesting and unused chapter even for 40k.
As much as I love the Carcharadons, I can’t help but suspect they would be utterly schooled by the exorcists chapter. An entire chapter of warp tainted nulls. The ultimate pragmatists.
I'm fairly certain the Exorcists and Charcharadons fought alongside each other during the Badab War. There's no ill blood between them. The Exorcists note their appreciation of the Charcharadons forward assaults upon enemy chaff units, freeing the Exorcists to do their best work where it's needed
Carcharodons heritage, i believe they were initially the exiled terran raven guard. And i believe they were at some point forced to utilize looted gene seed to survive. If I can point out something that you guys could work on with the script, it's the repetition. Like you already discussed the the red and grey harvest but then you break it down a bit later again. Still love everything about this video and channel though.
They are the remnant of the the missing eleventh legion in my opinion. There are a few hints in lore but the fact that they hold the number eleven in reverence and refer to their father primarch as the forgotten one which works considering Malcador erased the memory of those primarchs in all who knew of them even the primarchs are a couple clues.
99.5% sure they are predominantly raven guard Terran vets that bird boy hated. That an they have some nightlord elements all hut confirmed when they fight nl an the nl call them *brother* not cousins. Most likely they took nl geneseed just to keep up the numbers.
How would you rate Carcharodons among the other Chapters in terms of power?
Pretty weak tbh
@@Wahapendium compared to some of the most extreme chapters there not high but by the god emperor at least there not the mantis warriors 😎
they aren't crazy strong like others .. but they cool as all hell
Given we know so little but they have proved them selves savage everytime they pop up. Makes me think they are far far stronger than people realise
@@guilliman1990 your right I’d like to see them go against the minators

This is in alignment with The God Emperor’s classified mission for the 2nd Legion’s Primarch.
My favorite chapter! I love finding small 40k channels, especially ones with long lore vids. Instant sub and notification.
Welcome, knowledge seeker.
I felt the same way when I found this channel. And the Carcharodons are my favorite chapter!

there is music in the background though
The Carcharadons are the remnants of the original Pale Nomads (the legion that was, before Corvus banished the original members).
100% they are
@@guilliman1990 Aye. They're referred to as The Pale Nomads, in their book series, quite often.

Why does the pronunciation of Carcharodon keep changing in this video?
I believe that the Carcharodons may have their lineage tied to the forgotten 11th legion whose memory has been erased from the Imperium.
