Maybe wait for it to cool down before you wrap it in plastic. It is very unhealthy to put hot food into plastic (unless the plastic is food grade, but the plastic wraps are surely not that!!) since plastic microparticles will leach into the food and they are really not good for you! I avoid putting food into plastic altogether, hot or not.
