Been using a lot of yellow treat on my route. Never had so many pools with yellow and mustard algae since I’ve been doing pools 5 years.had one pool completely covered in mustard.. treated it and it’s good as new
Great videos bud. What is the difference between the Taylor 2006 and the Taylor 2006c? Which one would be better to have at home. I live very rural so at home maintenance of our pool is a must. Thanks 👍
Even when it destroyed the chlorine, yellow treat was a great product. I can’t wait to try the meta.

Many are reporting that this year in CA has been the worst. Not sure of your area but algae is blooming like crazy here too.
@@SPL I’m in Florida. I’ve only used this product on yellow and mustard algae. Do you think this will work with green algae prevention as well?
@@kennethsmith5050 Yes it will as well. Adding Borates to bring a pool to 50 ppm is also a good long-term solution.
I use sodium bromide on my pool route on a weekly basis (summer) is a spectacular algaecide.
It is highly effective. The new formula seems like a smart idea.
i put in yellow treat 2 in my pool then shocked yesterday and today there is no chlorine.
Is this safe for a Pebbletec pool? The company's website mentions various pool surfaces but does not mention can be used in a pebbletec pool.
Yes sir.
After pouring yellow treat how much time before I can use the pool.
3 hours

Thanks for the great feedback! The 2006c has larger reagents and is mainly for pool service routes. The K-2006 is all you need for residential use. 👍
is this safe for soft side pools with sand filters?? I've exhausted my efforts in trying to get rid of the mustard algae.
Yes. Safe for use in a vinyl pool.
I think I added too much, what should I do ? Keeping adding chlorine?
Yes- add more chlorine
