I still remember when SIMON told ADAM that he was a "bit too theatrical" during ADAM's debut on American Idol! I guess SIMON couldn't tell the difference between a "singer" and a true "performer" I wish I could watch SIMON eat his words
But He was. Adam was in music theater and did Broadway musicals. And if you asked Adam he would agree what Simon said is true.. It's not an insult. And Simon recognized he was a great singer and voted him through.
Simon actually liked Adam and supported him a lot.
