As a cricket fan, I can say this series win by NZ may go down in history as one of the greatest series win by any team. Test cricket won and NZ won at the end of the day. Congratulations to the NZ team for this remarkable achievement.
Funnily enough, I actually feel this result is great for Indian cricket. Sport is boring when the result always feels inevitable. As an Australian, this summer's BGT is infinitely more exciting because India have won the last 2 tours here. Just imagine how much more excited Indian fans will be the next time NZ tour India. That unpredictability and knowledge that either team could win breathes life into sport
yeah yeah yeah q😮qw7g7⁷it 😅😅9😅😅l9.6m799o99😊
Jarrod Kimber sounds like a kiwi
@@sloanekahukiwa7457 he’s an Aussie I think but I’m pretty sure he is a non bias analyzer of cricket.
My brain says 2-2 my heart says 4-0/4-1 in bgt
@@sahilthe2009 won't be 5 results because it always rains in Sydney 😂
As a fan of cricket, it makes me really happy to see that test cricket is more competitive than it has ever been. As a long term admirer of the NZ cricket team, it made me really happy that they were the ones who achieved this!
exactly. Couldnt have happened for a more deserving and nice team. India will be back up, this is just a transition for them.
47:40 disagree with Sankalp and Ashwin that India plays at too many venues and hence the Indian team is unfamiliar with the conditions. The game has to cover the geographical breadth of India to reach the most people
The talk of talent at the start was interesting. New Zealand have, in my opinion only had a few super talented players this century: Bond, Williamson, McCullum, Taylor, Boult, Southee, Jamieson, Ravindra. Unreal from such a small nation.
NZ really wanted this, they worked so hard for this series win.
Love this analysis as you guys started with NZ win and spoke that at length before doing a post martem on India
34:25 It's not just Rohit the captain Behram. Virat is also catching a lot flak. Rohit's captaincy aside, both of them were walking wickets this series. Rohit with his "selfless innings" and Kohli being unable to play spin at all are also being discussed.
Just check the averages of the batters this series. Rohit and Kohli are statistically the worst Indian batters this series and overall were only better than Blundell who was a walking wicket himself.
Heck, Blundell came good in the 2nd innings in Pune with an invaluable 40.
@@milindpania yeah if not for the 70 and 50 virat and rohit scored they’re averages in this series would look so much worse
Great achievement by NZ.
Lasssss go NZ 🎉
Good ol cup of tea, good for hydration...
I Still feel these batters will do better in Australia as getting lbw and bowled is difficult due to bounce on Aussie pitches. The are better cutters and pullers of the ball.
But for next home series we need to look towards the next generation who are doing well in domestic cricket.
In those conditions you basically only use 3 bowlers. Would it make sense to just play your 7 batsmen of spin ?
Lot of expert and ex cricketers are saying that India lack the spin playing ability but i don't understand how you play on such surface where one ball turns but another doesn't and one ball bounce high but another gets low these types of pitches makes games 50 50
in which team with more luck wins and its not hard to see that and I believe Rohit and team management are not wise to understand that
I don't think this a big upset. NZ is a team thats up there in the rankings.
Also, they played on much drier pitches than in India before playing India.
Also they played against SL who had a more potent dry pitch attack than India.
So all in all I was actually expecting NZ to win all 3 games when i got to know the pitches are dry 😂. India are actually worse off on such pitches. They've got used to flat track pitches that are ideal for batting.
i hope you betted on it
Severe dehydration can cause acute kidney impairment which can be life threatening due to hyperkalaemia (high potassium)
Dehydration can also cause severely low sodium which can be life threatening
Kane has a bad record with tosses, Tom won 2 out of 3 important tosses
What is the names of the bookies involved in this series?
🥲😭
India always loses in raging turners, be it against England way back at Mumbai in 2012 and at Hyderabad in 2024, against Australia in Pune 2017 and Indore 2023, against New Zealand at Mumbai today
When Joe Root took 5/8 (although in a loss) you'd think they would realize that making a an absolute turner is not the best chance of them winning, but somehow they didn't learn. "But, but no one complains when the England prepare green tops!"
England also loses on green tops if the toss doesn’t go their way. Its better to prepare sporting pitches lake the ones at Vizag and Ahmedabad this year against England. The matches were closely fought but lasted a long time.
Behram can you be a little less animated? Too loud and hyper
I love how animated he is
