So my question for this is, what if the average sleep through the week is about 4-5 hrs a night. Would this effect the ability to lose weight? I just complete my first week on Body Slims. I lost only 1.8lbs. I really thought it would be more than that.. especially with incorporating an hour of walking daily and no rest days. I have been 💯 honest and diligent in all my tracking and staying on plan. I can tell you I feel so much better.. but disappointed the loss was so little. The only thing I can think is that I never have enough time for sleeping a full night until the weekend.

7-8 hours is a must. Do you take any suppliments? Magnesium is amazing for helping you get a better quality sleep!
