fun fact, go to audio setting and scroll almost all the way down. There is an option that lets you change the free roam swinging theme from act 1, act 2, and act 3. So if post game you wish you could swing to the black suit free roam theme, just switch it to act 2. And for the venom symbiote infested city theme switch to act 3. And act 1 is the default for when you beat the main game. From my experience I think it effects the theme that plays in combat and stealth when doing crimes as well. Enjoy

They should let us play as Carnage and destroy everything in our path we could see difference between Carnage and Venom powers before heroes show up to take him down
I feel like Carnage could be the main villain of Miles Morales 2 especially if they wanted to bring Venom back and do like-- a rework of the Maximum Carnage storyline, but then again- I guess they could be doing that with DLC, but I feel like- they'd want Carnage to act like Mile's symbiote bad guy while Venom acted more so as Peter's but hey maybe I'm way off base. I actually think Chameleon could be saved for Spider-Man 3. They're in such an odd place because whoever is the villain of the DLC has to either justify bringing Peter out of retirement or his break, OR the game just has be like, "sorry for the DLC you only get one Spider-Man" which seems... to sort of go against the whole point of the sequel, and I just don't see Chameleon being a big enough threat to do that? Like- Pete doesn't have to come out of retirement to prove he's innocent to Miles, or anyone, once Chameleon is caught Spidey's name is cleared so like- there's 0 need for Pete to get involved, I COULD see him coming back for Carnage though as it's REALLY his only loose end at the end of the game, but again I could also see Insomniac wanting to make Carnage more specifically a Miles villain since Pete kind of had Venom. But maybe I'm overthinking it. But then again... Hate to be the bearer of bad news. They got there current timeline leaked by those hackers, and there is no such thing as "miles morales 2" Only spider-man 2 updates and dlc, wolverine, venom, spider-man 3. But you are right about the dlc, the same source says carnage is dlc.
