Dang man, hate to hear it. Glad your okay & a broken wrist an the ankle injury is as bad as it got. Glad you’re still here with us man.🙏🏽 They can always make another F3, BUT they can’t make another EricB! - Heal at god speed my friend.💪🏽
I crashed at Jennings in the alpinestars boots and they worked amazing. Was pissed having just got them but they came in handy and just a little scuffed but basically brand new still. Love them
Yeah these boots saved my foot for sure! I was actually going to get the Dainese torque 3 but decided the astars would be better. I think the axial D1 boots I have are good but not sure about the torque’s.
Happy belated birthday bro and sorry about the bike but thank goodness it was just your wrist my brother and thank goodness you are alright over all! Keep doing you bro!
Thank you! Yeah it sucks and I sit and think about what if I would have done XYZ differently but what’s done is done. Just thankful I’m still here and my injuries weren’t worse.
Similar injury and surgeries from my crash in 2023. Wasnt running the dragon tail went down heading into work and broke the left wrist. Took about 9 months to get back to work (job requires climbing). Year and a half later hand is just fine but have lost a minor amount of flex and rotation in the wrist. Hoping you recover quick and fully.
Yeah idk if I’ll be back on the F3. Especially if it gets totaled out, I’ll be getting another Ducati or something. Not sure, still have some months to decide while I heal up.
Happy birthday🎉🎊🎁🎂🎉🥃, the tail of the dragon has it out for you, isn’t that twice you went down on the dragon? Happy you are ok, 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 and a speedy recovery.
danm that sucks bro but it happens at least your here to talk about it thats why I am happy bro, I been looking for gear because I live up here in the rockies where all the roads are twisties
I have a pair of SuperTechR and never felt they were the best lateral protection despite the high praise. I'd try on the Dianese Torque if I were shopping for a new pair of road-race boots. Please share your findings and choice. Glad to perceive you will make a full recovery and keep riding. Much respect
Yeah I’m still on the fence if I should get another pair. Not sure how my Dainese Axial D1 boots would’ve held up. I did a video comparing the Supertech’s and Torque 3 boots.
Damn bro sorry to hear, im from south africa roads are not ideal for sports bikes but riding the r6 anyway , try do some peptide research on bpc 157 and Tb500 for wound healing might be worth your while , degloved my finger last year in gym funny enough wasn't from bikes though lol so smashed the peptides and healed fast 2 months +- , wishing you a speedy recovery and back in business soon❤️💪
@@Noizyboi_R6 Oh wow thanks for the insight! It will still be a few months before I hop back on a bike. Want to make sure I have enough strength and range of motion in my wrist.
I switched from an alpine stars missle V2 suit with super tech-Rs over to a Dainese Misano 3 with axial V2s. Honestly i couldnt be happier. The misano has way butter airflow, more comfortable, easier to get on, more flexible, built-in airbag, etc. The axials are easier to get on and more comfortable. Ill never go back.
He was wearing work boots, and his foot went thru the rear wheel, I think. The strap on his bag came loose, and the bag went thru the rear wheel, causing him to crash
Came in a little too hot on a turn and went wide. Little bit of target fixation instead of looking through the turn. A truck was coming on the other side so I went for the embankment.
No shame in that foot damage when a bike lands on it --- you could be getting fit for a prosthetic. Gear 1000% did it's job! The GAP is very unforgiving... I've been doing it since the late 90s (I'm in my mid 40s now) with various groups I've been apart of over the years... 1st with the Honda guys when I was in that scene - MINI Cooper guys... Foxbody guys... sportbike guys (the 1st time I was into bikes)... drone guys (yeah... I know... nerd shit)... B13SeR guys... and now back to bikes again. This time though... my RE GT650 has all of my attention - haha. I'm getting slower... older - or smarter -- or dumber... IDK which. :) In other news... let me build ya a FPV setup for the RC truck so you can sit on your driveway and "drive" around the neighborhood wearing goggles while you heal up - haha. Search "Tonka Summit FPV" on YT for inspiration. It might just cheer you up. STAY SAFE BROTHER and despite what it looks like... you won.
Those boots prevented the ankle from breaking. Heal fast brother.

Glad to see you are okay…I wanted that exact helmet…I’m sold now. Heal up Brother
Glad you're good man. Get well. Sorry about the bike too.
Bikes are replaceable. People aren't. God bless!
Speedy recovery bro and take your time getting better. I hope your MC insurance is also covering your gear.
Thanks! Yeah they said they should be able to cover it.
😮 Get well soon buddy! ..looking forward to seeing you back on the F3

I can understand.. hope to see you back riding soon! Stay strong! 💪 ..i am collecting my F3 tomorrow morning!
Wishing you a speedy recovery Eric.

Thanks! Yup! Bit me twice! First time wasn’t bad. Jumped right up and only minimal damage to the bike. This time is a little different story.
danm that sucks bro but it happens at least your here to talk about it thats why I am happy bro, I been looking for gear because I live up here in the rockies where all the roads are twisties

Impressive gear. Great!
Damn didn't know David goggins rode bikes

Sorry to see you have gone down bro 😔 but at least you’re not beaten up too bad.

High
@@itsmeericb Wow, someone is watching over you, a high side on the dragon could have been much worse. I'll pray for your quick recovery!
Did the dame thing in 2023. i refused to let them cut my suit and just pulled my damn arm out.
