Really impressive. Simple, elegant and feminine. Light and airy, hard to believe it’s a low roof. There’s something to be said for simplicity: no wiring, electrical or plumbing. Suitable for low-maintenance short trips or even a she-shed parked outside the house for “me time” and getting work done. Well done.

I love this! I've been wanting to buy a van for travel and this inspires me so much. I'm hard headed and such a "I can do it myself l" person so I'll definitely be doing this myself lol.

Thank you so much! Yes, they do feel complicated, especially things like building cabinets, wiring electricity, and so on. Love love love!!! I especially love how lit up it is. I also passed on installing electrical wiring etc. I have a variety of lighting options at this point. Great job!
Aw, thank you! Plenty of light was one of those non-negotiables for me. I haven't missed not having the wiring so far and I suppose you feel the same. I also think that the more basic things are, the less potential problems and the easier it is to trouble shoot. Best wishes to you on your journey!

I must say you are transforming quite nicely, and congratulations on a great job done in building your she shed. The only thing I can put together is a cardboard box, and sometimes I question that. Also I wanted to know if you can do some future videos on what you eat in a day (while traveling in your diva shed, as well as your exercise routine ?) I would definitely love to see that.

I have had to develop my own unique philosophy with eating and exercising to be healthy 😅 . I don't know if it's that special but it is practical and sustainable for me long-term. Beautiful build ♥ It may be too late but there are fully flat roof vent options such as marine hatches (like Bainbridge) or car sunroofs. If you want an extractor fan, there is the maxxfan dome which sticks out 75mm above the van roof, unlike its big brother the maxxfan deluxe which sticks out 132mm. All the best on your journey.
🤗Thank you and I appreciate the suggestions also. I think I have a fighting chance with the maxxfan dome. I do only have about 2-ish inches of clearance to still be able to clear the entrance of my garage. I saw one of these on another van and I think it could even work for me if I put it really high up on the side of the van if the roof doesn't work out. Much love💕

How many times did you not give up, what put this on your heart to see it through, how did you get the plumbing together for the sink. I love it, I can’t wait to see what else you come up with. This is fantastic.
Wow, I'm flattered, thank you! It took me around a year, between me not know how to do things and waiting for supplies. There were times I had to step away from it for a few weeks too, I was so out of my league many days. The plumbing can't get any simpler than my basic set up...a jug, a pipe, a bowl, a water spout, lol. I really appreciate the love! 🤗 ❤️ 🤗

I saw that pillow trick from other RVers. Thank you so very much! I just purchased the Zero Breeze during a holiday sale. I've tested it to make sure it works, but the weather hasn't been hot enough to see what it can really do. I'm hoping to get a real gauge this week, as we will have temperatures in the 90's. tfw ❤️

You can damn near outfit an RV using IKEA bare wood products they offer...Most of it is modular in design... Then you can stain or paint it anyway you like...The best part. It's cheaper then buying the needed wood today. Then the time to make your own. As you seen the price of lumbar lately? Why I just ordered like $300.00 worth the other day. I'm going to modify an older Ford Van using it..

Yes, yes, and yes to everything you said! Before I even started the build, I was pretty certain that I would be using their IVAR pine line up. I knew I wanted to steer clear of MDF and particle board pieces that Ikea sells. When you factor in the proper screws, hinges, etc. along with the price of wood, this is definitely worth a thought. I knew I couldn't get away with not building anything with wood. But this saved me some cash, time, and headaches as a rookie. I'm certainly wishing you the best with your build and would love to see some pics when it's done!😊

Hello Mrs Charity, I just found your van tour video today and I really love it ,you done an outstanding job!! What are the dimensions of your bench seats? I’m purchasing a 136 wb high top promaster and I don’t have any experience with tools at all,but seeing your van I hope I can do it

Aw, thanks so much, I appreciate your kind words! I'll be posting videos here and there with van. Being able to fully stand inside the finished build-out was a non-negotiable for me, But, I am only 5'2". The floor to ceiling height in the low roof is 5'6" before any modifications. After the build was fully done my floor to ceiling height is around 5'4"(ish). So that's why I am totally comfortable while standing inside. The average person probably would prefer the high roof. Much love
