With the millennium approaching, a series of disturbing signs suggests that Satan (Arnold Schwarzenegger) has returned to Earth and is walking the streets of New York City. It seems that Satan needs to find a woman who will bear his child, as the time for the arrival of the anti-Christ draws near.

Oddly enough if you look at it closely, it’s Teminator 2: The religious version. It just hit me today. Just know Satan is T-1000 and Arnold’s character is model 101 and guess who the girl is??? You got it…John Connor. The key to it all. Thank you all, you’ve been so kind!!

In T-2 there are christian symbolism: terminator is the hoot spirit, John Conner is the son (look at his initials) and the mother is more like the father figure.

End of Days is one my all time guilty pleasures. I do think this movie could have benefited from less quick cut editing. Seriously, the action, especially this scene, is well done, but is cut up so quickly, your eyes barely get a chance to feast on it

@@samyousif1455Yup, although to actually attach the grenade launcher to the MP5, it would require a special handguard to properly mount it, as this was before the prevalent use of picatinny rails.
Finally i found this movie. When i was 13 years old i watched it. My Dad and I often watch movie on weekend. He passed when i was 15 years old and everything we had together still in my mind. This thing is a part of it.
It’s funny 🤨Arnold fighting something he can’t kill with guys I know it’s the devil 😈 but it’s like fighting a terminator 😎
I think I see why Gabriel Byrne was casted as the devil. He gives me Al Pacino vibes and Al played the devil in the Devil’s Advocate.
At 1:20 Satan was already in the wagon when he punched the driver to death, but was kind enough and let Arnold 1 min (2:24) before making his entrance.
There were a couple of extra shots/dialogue removed for pacing issues but given the Devil wants to keep the body he has possessed intact in order to do his thing with Christine he is not gonna jump in front of Jericho who has a loaded machine gun

Is it just me or does the cinematography for the entire movie too dark?
I mean, I know the guy who directed this, Peter Hyams, was also the film’s cinematographer, could’ve at least brighten some scenes.
If I was the President of Hollywood back in the 1990s, I would’ve hired Jan de Bont, director of Speed and Twister, to direct End of Days as the film would’ve been his way of directing an action-horror film hybrid.
Not only that, he was an excellent cinematographer on films like Die Hard, Black Rain, Basic Instinct, The Hunt for Red October, Cujo, and Flatliners, so his cinematographer hat would’ve lent a really huge hand for End of Days.
Plus, Jan de Bont’s version of End of Days would’ve been 10x better than his version of The Haunting, and better than the End of Days version that we got.
I read that Schwarzenegger didn’t like that the director shot the scenes super dark as well .
@@RubexQewb Exactly! Which is why Jan de Bont would’ve been better to helm End of Days because he know how to work a camera as well as direct. Plus, it would’ve saved de Bont from directing the remake of The Haunting, which isn’t too bad, but still!

Anyone else notice that the bottoms of her feet are squeaky clean but the scenes just before this involved them both running through the underground boiler room followed by the tunnels and train tracks? Her feet would be black as coal!

she's still around. not many leading roles at this stage of her career, but she's still active. she was on the mentalist. she had a lead role on the fix but the series got canceled early. she's been in some independent movies in supporting roles.
Still acting, and just as hot, if not hotter now.

Jesus Christ that was way too many cuts. They must’ve hired a 24 year old high on caffeine to edit this. Jeez. Can’t even focus on a shot for more than a second towards the end of this sequence. Omg😂 the amount of cuts is friggn incredibly fast and A lot. 😂👏

That’s all.Then Arnold got lucky by God’s powers to help impale him by sacrificing his life onto the St. Michael’s statue to save humanity. (Similar to how Jesus died on the cross, but for the 20th century.

This movie was good but it's unbiblical cause you now dang on well you can't shoot the devil with bullets he's a spirit and so this film was all based upon catholic beliefs no of this is real or could happen.
