Great findings man! This finally got me to lab some combos for air hit DI.
That's a really good compilation, because that's almost the same setup as doing 2MK Drive Rush cancel into DI with every character to blow up the reversal option select
Yes, and I've checked and the timings are the same! So this guide works for 2MK Drive Rush Cancel into DI in order to counter DP OS

i wouldn't consider this an obscure punish, it's a known answer to OD DP OS when you cancel a medium into DR and try to hit anything other than a jab.
It's funny how the same answer can be reached through different methods, tbh I had never thought of using this concept off of a Drive Rush Cancelled medium. The major downside there is it costing 4 bars of drive gauge but I can see why it would work. In that case I hope this video is still somewhat useful as a Juri specific guide on which characters this works on and how +/- she is after doing it.

Why not do DR Grab to stop quickly?
DR Grab to stop and bait a Reversal is a good option to know, but it doesn't work in the situation I showed in the video (or off of 2MK DRC). You're simply too close to the opponent to not get caught by the DP OS.
I hate Jamie's DP so much.

@@daakusureyaa The dumb fall animation he does at the start means it gets beaten by so many options, also makes it useless as an anti-air except for extremely deep jump-ins.
Literally the only good thing about it is that it's invincible.
