Thanks for the constructive feedback! I played around with autoducking a bit with this one, didn't particularly like it at the time. Interestingly, I actually adjusted the volume up at that section after a draft. Next time 😊 And that was "astromech stealing Jawas" at that timestamp. Another Starwars filming spot from A New Hope in that canyon.
@@ChristineGreggPhoto I've tried auto ducking in DaVinci Resolve (free version, but I'm pretty sure I'll be switching to Final Cut Pro as soon as my 3 month free trial is up) and didn't like the way it acted either. I've saw suggesterd Db levels for background music but forget what's recommended. I think I'm very conservative with the volume of bg music in my videos, sometimes I can barely hear it. Another thing that I just thought of -- I'm breaking in a new pair of KRK Rokit 5 studio monitors and KRK recommends listening at a higher volume level during the break in period than you normally use. So, everything is actually louder now. 🤪 I don't know much about Star Wars, and only have vague memories of ever seeing the first movie, but I'm sure I did. 💜💜
