I love the content you've been producing 🙂 Among the photography content I watch yours stands out as especially good. I have been a hobby photographer for 20 years now and while I have learned a few good tricks, much of what I do is very much trial and error. I have had plenty of trial and error with buggy outings too heading out thinking "it can't be that bad" only to have a fun outing for the wrong reasons 😅 I have done some photography from a canoe before and like you, I found a wide lens wasn't as useful when I was out on the water, at least not until I was closer to shore and could use some rocks or lilypads are a foreground element to break up all that water and sky. It was definitely a telephoto outing (for dragonflies and loons). Look forward to seeing more of your New Hampshire explorations.

Love the video and the section on the Loon nest! Might be time to invest in a pocket bug net haha. Keep up the great work! Fun ☑

Photography is subjective I think. What looks good to me (you jumping in the lake for example 😘) can always be interpreted as something not so good by others. And this is especially true when editing. Sorry the bugs bothered you big time while paddling! 💜😎💜
