I do enjoy this short introduction. It is commendable that you look at their future when their days of fighting is over by teaching them survival English. Then they can become trainer at your gym or work abroad in Muay Thai gyms earning incomes until their old age. I am a poor native Thai born 72 years ago, but with self-taught English training in conjunction with English lessons in school, I could rise to become a middle class person with my own house/car and sizable savings when I retire.
That sounds absolutely fantastic! You should come to our gym and share your story with our guys. They always think we’re punishing them with English classes, but they don’t realize how many opportunities it could open up for them. Hopefully, that will change once they get their first foreign girlfriend.🤣🍀🙏🏼🔥🇹🇭🥊
@@punchitmuaythai Necessity is the best incentive there is for most people to learn the English language. If one of the young trainee fancies a farang girl, he will surely want to learn the English language! In my case, I was born poor, having to walk to school from P1 to MS5, 12 years. The last 5 years in high school about 3 km across Chao Phraya river to attend Suan Kularb school. Even on the weekend, I also walked across Chao Phraya river to read English texts at British Council library at the foot of the bridge for free. That's why I was the best in English in school and at the end of high school, I could win a scholarship to study in Australia in 1970 due to my excellent English skills. Just tell the young ones about my story, rising from poverty, walking to school 12 years and even walking across Chao Phraya river to read English texts. Life is not easy for the poor young boy like me or Muay Thai trainees at your gym. Tell them to work hard, not only about Muay Thai skills but an English skill as well. It will accompany them throughout life and will earn them sufficient income until old age.
The rest days are set for Saturday and are naturally important. Additionally, the guys receive a voucher each week for a massage to relax, provided they are not late to training. They also have breaks before and after a fight, but ultimately, it's their calling. Once our new gym is open, they will also increasingly train in fitness, with a specialized fitness trainer for fighters.
Thank you for your kind words! We're glad you appreciate our training approach. Our aim is to empower the kids not only with Muay Thai skills but also with confidence and discipline. We strive to make every session both challenging and rewarding.
