@@X862go it's also a project larger then any other game, or studio has ever tried to accomplish. Of course it's going to take time.. MMOs even at a basic level such as a medevil setting on one map take 5-7years normally... Let alone a space sci fi mmo with many worlds and never tried before systems...
Please keep finding and sharing all the killswitch/glitches you can. Helps me to avoid losing more ingame time and is a good chuckle.

That vehicle is not meant to fly so I don't think it is a glitch. Its made for hovering

The first and biggest killswitch/glitches is the install button on the launcher.

And you get close, see the pixels, your ship explodes and you realize that the last 3 hours that you spent running around like a moron to buy gear are the game loop.
The introduction and the game are nothing alike, if you can call this game.
Oh by the way, all those above, might not happen if you're lucky enough to get stuck in the elevator.

Like how many hours have you spent “testing the game for the devs” vs how many hours have you spent doing the wake up loop, wake up run to the ship hailing screen then run to the ship… finally launched. Then if you want your carrack to have a snub fighter, you have to do this really annoying thing over and iver again.

Despite the horrible time wasting and annoying bugs that kill you instantly, it is still one of the most impressive games ive ever played
Rule of thumb in Star Citizen, don't try to have fun, the game hates it, it will either obliterate you or the whole server will crash.
I'm becoming more and more convinced than games are just sent in and they know when you're having fun and they fuck you when you're having fun. I think I first started noticed this with Grand theft Auto 5, it wasn't the game crashing it was the game just sticking its dick in your eye. Really did you just pull off an insane maneuver, heist or something well we're just going to go ahead and break the games physics in order to kill
I was just thinking about buying the game after seeing the intro, and then the ending made me switch up real quick.
never buy this game bro. The game is very lame. Its beautifull to look at. Its fun to fly. But thats it. Combat mechanics,player movement mechanics feels very sloppy, ECO basically everything else is shit for over the past 10 years. They fixed buggs and added new things. Like the facial tracing when your calling with your buddy which is very cringe. Overal the game has just become a flop and we all need to just agree this isnt going to be what we wanted it to be.
Don't waste your life on it. The game is grindy and everything you do will be wiped when a main update hits. It's better to wait for several more years until the game functions.
The game will be, one day what it was meant to be. But this is a playable alpha. There will be many, many bugs. Don't buy it for a couple years at least, enjoy it during the free flies

Don't listen to the haters. It cost the same price for you and your girlfriend to go to the movies for maybe 2 hours of entertainment. Star Citizen gives you countless hours. Yes, there's plenty of bugs to deal with. But it's always improving and your paying a small price to help the development of what will be an amazing game one day. I mean, it's already very fun especially with some friends. I take a break to play something else that I just bought pretty much every time a rough patch comes out and then when I pick it up again after a few months and then I once again remember why I fell in love with it many years ago. And just like the guy in this video, I laugh at the stupid little shit that makes this alpha phase so funny sometimes.

But never try to prove it works as intended
Not only should we be past testing concepts, concepts that should work but don't, but we should be testing actual things to do with these new concepts.
I've been watching the community laugh and pay money for cool looking concepts that do nothing. Theres no reason to leave your ship on that planet if there was something to do.
But everytime they release more cool ships or put development into realistic bed sheets people think its great instead of telling them the game should actually have more content instead of cool things to look at.
There's enough cool things to look at for many years now. Not only should they actually work. There should be something to do besides drive around and say oh wow that's cool.
But yes it's so funny man. So hilarious they released yet another broken vehicle instead of giving us something to do with existing vehicles.

It works if you drive out slowly, just don't go fast or you'll repeat these results, something with the collision of the vehicle with the ship.
If the Dragonfly hover bike hadn't exploded upon leaving the Cutlass, it should be expected to explode when it slams into the surface and if the game bugged and allowed it to merely bounce (as hover vehicles would do years ago if dropped on planets or flown into atmosphere from space) it sure as heck wasn't going hover its way back up to the Cutlass.
Hover vehicles only "fly" in space. In atmosphere they're bricks. You'd need to land the ship and drive the hover bike out so it can...hover over the ground.
To do what you were trying would require something that can fly like a Merlin or Archimedes snub (not sure if they can squeeze into a cutlass) or any ship launching from another ship that's big enough to carry the snub or ship being launched.

You can lower your hover height btw....makes it easier to load and unload that thing

Hahaha about a week ago I went from port tressler down to MT in a nox and the thought didn't occur to me that the gravity would make the hoverbike fall, I feel for about 4 minutes or so and somehow actually survived the fall, landing about 2km from the NB spaceport😂
Now I gotta try this :)

I bought this game yesterday and had about 20 glitches in the first half hour. Not to mention dying a few times as i would get out of my ships seat and suddenly be 10 miles away in space and my ship is soaring away from me 😅

It's because at a point on the ramp the "internal gravity" cease to fonction and the planet gravitiy act. The ship should be advancing. The dragonfly hit the "no gravity" part of the ramp
One time i flew out the back of my MSR in a Nox, with the intent of flying to the 890 jump mission. I wanted to test if the bad guys would pick me up. I guess I wasn't fully out of Wala's atmosphere and I began to descend. I expected a ka-boom, but instead I landed, bounced a couple times, but no damage. Of course it was 300+ kilometers to the nearest outpost, and I wasn't going to see if I can ride all night to get there.

What was the goal? the idea in mind for this? If it was a transport idea for the dragonfly I have bad news, it was purposefully designed to only be able to fly in space, it hovers in gravity wells and doesn't like large falls
The idea was "We need a new way to squize money out of our idiot fanbase"
I knew it before it happened lol. I said it in my mind “turn it on and blow up”. I remember playing this ridiculous mission of delivering a pizza and while in space, out of no where my ship blows up. I haven’t been back in the stars since. Still have the game installed but just haven’t been back.

Previous video I saw - dude drops onto the surface of a planet, from space, in a tank. Got dropped out the back of a spaceship in space. And fell the whole way onto the surface of the planet.
Meanwhile in starfield you can't even land on a planet without fast travel and loading screens.
What you need a vehicle for? 😂 On my first planet I hit an invisible wall after 1 minute of walking. 😂
