An interesting video, diesel car EGR systems are unfortunately notorious for problems due to soot clogging the internals of the EGR valve. I wonder if JCB have a more reliable system.. at least it looks accessible for cleaning.
NOx makes at high temp as you have told in another video. but when exhaust gas comes out from the cylinder it has more temp as compare to atmosphere , and we circulate it again for combustion so I Think that it has has more inlet temp .so how you can say that NOx reduce but we have more hot air for combustion since it increase the making of NOx. please solve my doubt .
Good video but a mistake. NOX is reduced by pumping exhaust gas into combustion chamber so that due to this inert gas dilution, peak combustion temperature reduces inside the chamber which ultimately reduces NOx. I hope you can understand the difference.
Hi, thanks for this video but I want to draw my model about EGR system can anyone help me to give me all dimensions and diameters for inlet and outlet EGR system for diesel engine
it is unacceptable EGR system will not recirculate huge amount of gas in to the engine, it will mix some exhaust gas to the intake manifold to temperature of the engine When the temperature is reduced production of nox will be reduced

Yes, its very much serviceable.
please have a look at our other videos too and rate us.
Thanks for the video. And please for more cause your explanation is simple and clear
Thanks for the upload. Excellent explanation

Yes you are right.
Nice video.thanks for your efforts, but one correction, egr will reduce the peak temp in engine and thus less nox will be produced.
