(ENG SUB) Mom's Recipe: Steamed Chicken with Mushrooms

Ingredients:
1.5 chicken
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
ginger
aluminum foil
banana leaves
shiitake mushrooms (to marinate):
soak in water
boil with 2 tbsp of sugar, fish sauce & oyster sauce
goji berries
coriander leaves
