- How do you become a professional Tarot reader? Learning tarot and developing your intuition is only the beginning to this rewarding path of psychic empowerment and service to others. In this video, I talk about the most important things to remember when becoming a professional tarot reader: money, ethics, scope of practice, study, comfort, and more. My Tarot practice has led me to so many unique places and beautiful people, in this reality, and in others. My first tarot reading changed my life. Maybe it will do the same for you. We are all on a mystical quest, in one way or another, and Tarot is one of my favorite navigation tools. But these are just my points of view . . . what are your thoughts?

Studying tarot is very important, in order for your intuition to work you need a database of info. Which is why I watch lots of UA-cam decks reviews, readings, tarot lesson videos etc cause I learn something from them all 💖
I love how you completely entrusted to the shuffling the key points to discuss. I've been reading for over a year now and clients come back every once in a while for clarity and guidance. These topics make so much sense and in my mind I was like "check check check". This is just reassuring I'm doing the right things. There are so few videos out there on becoming a professional tarot reader. It's incredible that this one has proved to be the ONLY one I'll need. I'm more of the theoretical type, and love the Qabalah, and the Tree of Life - and this is going to be one of my preferred spreads. I felt a real jolt of excitement watching this.

I also would like to add.. 70% of my clients ask about love. I guess I never realized how much "love", having it giving it and accepting it, is a big deal for people. I would tell any person wanting to start tarot that learning about love is very very important. My first paid reading happened at work, very oddly enough. Im a RN and worked at a med spa and in passing mentioned that I read tarot and a lady in the waiting room jumped up and said OMG READ ME OR DO ME OR WHATEVER!! lol So i took her to an empty room and read her cards and she was shocked. That was 2012. I still read for her 🤟🤟

I always loved tarot but I had a near death experience with covid a year and a half ago. I was on a vent my lungs collapsed because I had double pneumonia. I had a blood clot in my chest. I got sepsis in my blood with fevers of 105. So many times they called my husband telling I'm not gonna make it. I was in a coma 38 days. They did a tracheaotomy on me and got me out of my coma I spent another month in a long term icu. I had to relearn everything. I drainage tube running down my sides had a feeding tube. They didn't let my eat for another 3 weeks. I'm still on oxygen but doing good for almost dieing. I've been to the other side and I'm not ignoring my gifts anymore. I've study tarot so much this past year but I really enjoy your videos.

Love this! Thank you for sharing. I've been reading for 17 years and feel confident and competent. Recently I've committed more to doing it full time, as well as teaching workshops. My biggest challenge is attracting an audience for individual readings. Do you utilize any particular platforms for new exposure?
I do a combination of events, social media (ish), and some places I read regularly. I'm actually finishing up a master course and will likely start another one geared towards business development if you're interested :)

So listening to you talk about people who have really great intuition but don’t know a thing or two about Tarot and then vice versa people who know a lot Tarot but don’t have a good intuition the great thing to know for anyone who is stressing over this right now after hearing these things …
It’s signs symbols color therapy it’s all of those things it’s our first language
So regardless of what end of the spectrum you were on don’t worry because it will build and open up your intuition. If you find that you’re more technical versus more intuitive.
My problem is is I’m super intuitive And I have a hard time grasping information because I’m a tactile learner, but I also learned from watching and listening more than I do from reading.
My comprehension has almost been shut down because a lot of what I’m supposed to be doing is intuiting, but then again, I’ve been doing that living my life on purpose for last 6 1/2 years.
There was a deck. I was watching this woman on her channel which she teaches Taro also and her cards were so beautiful they were like and improved and spectacular version of the rider Waite.
The images were crisp the colors were crisp. Can you tell I have a libra moon and a libra ASC?
It means so much more for me to be able to see it in all of its glory as opposed to these sketchy bad copies very unclear no crisp colors are just disgusting and that’s the rider Waite version. I absolutely hate it so I don’t know what that she’s using. She didn’t even post that information , I’m sorry I’m sitting at Starbucks and I’m laughing hysterically because this guy could not park his car. He gets out of his car and leaves his door wide-open and goes straight into Starbucks and doesn’t think anything of it.
It has been a real weird day
I’m sure you’re really good at what you do especially when you’re reading but I find your style to be very sloppy and unorganized and it makes it very hard because you’re so excitable to understand what you’re trying to share when it comes to the definition of the cards, so I would definitely work on that. I don’t know what your sign is, but what I saw when I was looking at you is, your whole body was cracked and light was coming through all of those cracks so it was really beautiful so I’m really not trying to be judge mental. I’m just trying to give you a little bit of constructive criticism because it’ll be so much easier to teach people if you weren’t such a Showman and I think you’ve had to do that for such a long time Because people like personable readers there’s a lot of them that just become so well-known and it’s personally about their personality more so than it is about their gift of reading it’s almost like sleight of hand type. You know I put the ball under this cup, but let’s see if you can pick the right one like you said it’s entertainment, but at the same token I think the people who are more peaceful and calm and centered seem to be able to get through to people and that’s probably because they’re nervous systems are already on edge so for whatever that’s worth I hope it’s helpful to you. It’s just something that I’ve noticed. This is my second video and I couldn’t even get through the first one. It was just a little bit overwhelming.

Can you talk about medical intuitive that is essentially what I am.
I started out my journey, learning everything I could about plant medicine I found it to be extremely interesting. I was very passionate about it, and of course, like bread crumbs that lead to something else which was nutrition, and then alternative healing modalities. In the interim, I was following a lot of esoteric teachings in a cult teachings in regard to Tarot
The trouble is the information was so extensive that it was so hard for my brain to extrapolate much from it I thought myself being overwhelmed my brain shut down. I couldn’t absorb anything, and if I did, it didn’t last it was one of those things that went right out the window.
I would have to say that a person who is is doing this Hass to kinda do it gently they really need to be gentle with themselves. They need to take their time. They need to kind of learn in layers. Learn the very bare basics at first, and then just kind of gradually add more to it once they’ve had some working experience And that means you know, reading for friends or family or whatever allowing the cards to talk to them with their base knowledge, and I think the hardest part is telling a story because then you have all these cars that are connecting and what do they mean when they put together,
How do you interpret them when you can look at it very quickly like your layout five cards and you go from point a to point Z and you can just have the bare minimum but then what else are you seeing in those cars and their interactions and then of course spreads it’s another thing I haven’t even done an actual technical spread. I just layout 12 cards and then I have one for the overall Which is my 13th card and I can go from point a to point Z in all five minutes, but I’m not really getting deeply into the meanings of the cards and how they interact which is bothersome to me
Because it’s very surfacing and I need more and the very deep person so it takes a lot more to impress me even on my own doings.
So right now I’m just trying to take in the bare basics, but I noticed when she was talking, she had classical music playing in the background and for some reason I was able to shut down my over, thinking and allow my intuitive nature to start coming through, even without knowing if I was correct or not about some of the meanings, the cars could have because there’s plenty
I do like the idea of clarifications because I think for someone who is new at what they’re doing in particular with readings, it would be very helpful to not only themselves but the person in the reading for like what am I asking for clarity about I’m asking for clarity about this particular energy and how this is playing out for the individual who is asking the question or who is just here for general

I did a lot of readings for practice in my dorms and on campus while I was in school. I had a guy completely stonewall, laughed in my face, discredited everything I said then left.
I quit reading for years.
Then he contacted me after all those years and confessed that I had shocked him and embarrassed him, but his life changed course after that.
