During previous readings, I had noticed the backwards orientation of the Knight of Swords, and I had taken it to be a sort of foolish or reckless obsession with the past. Now, I see the possibility that the Knight may be wanting to sever ties from things that no longer serve. Similarly, the Knight of Wands may be burning bridges behind him.
King of Swords - Knight of Cups - Eight of Pentacles = This man is being honest with himself, he sees the truth about his feelings and he's thinking of coming forward to offer his cup of love, declare his love and his desire to work on this relationship and make it work......(you forgot to talk about the Seven of Wands...)

I've been using tarot cards on and off since 2020. I have learned so much from this one video and have a deeper understanding. Combinations is the reason why I always stop but now I can see much more meaning in the cards.
I truly enjoyed the video. I got out my note pad to practice the exercises. One thing to note about the Magician at 13:10, pointing up with one hand and down with the other signifies to many readers as, "As above, so below" which is associated with sacred geometry, Hermeticism. Some see it as where the earth meets the astral plane or reference to Matthew 6:10. Its fascinating.

What a beautiful video this is! I'll share two of my interpretations of the three-card combos. The one I found easiest was Five of Wands/Six of Swords/Three of Cups. I see this as moving away from conflict and a toxic environment (perhaps a work situation) towards fulfillment and celebration with others. As for The Tower/The World/Six of Pentacles, my idea is that a difficult and pivotal event occurred, which brought a certain pattern or cycle to an end. The querent is reflecting upon this and seeing how much it benefited them.
It’s helped me understand to look at cards before and after to know whether it’s a person, situation and direction of spread! Hope this makes sense?!?!?😁
Me too. It's not always a person. It can easily be a situation. I find that "situation" chooses to put on, as a uniform, to convey what it is it wants you to know re: the situation. Ex: Magician pops up, and again it's not a person per se, it may states the environment is harmonious and will thrive well.

I woke up this morning at 3 and I watched this and almost within a quick instant, I had an epiphany that the feminine or feeling (direction West) or Water is Binah on the Tree of Life (known as The Mother) and the opposite direction for Masculine or mental (Direction East) or Air is Chokmah on the Tree Of Life (known as the Father); the middle being Kether “The Crown” or the Present Moment or even the direction North as some characters are looking up like the woman in The Lovers key. Kether being the emanation of The Divine.

I'm new to this, but this made sense to me.
May I add, it doesn't always mean PHYSICAL death (to those who are beginners). Include and end to: being fat, car, home, relationship etc.
It's interesting, in the 6 of pentacles, the beggar that is not being helped has the justice symbol held above his head, also pointing to the future.
I see that one as equilibrium... bringing things into karmic balance and helping those that need it most. (equity vs equality)
