I have never seen this pattern before. I'm adding it to my playlist RIGHT NOW
Thank you! I hope you enjoy making it, it’s a lot of fun.
Thanks for your tutorial it's easy to understand and I prefer your way of finishing off each square. I look forward to having a go at your blanket it looks absolutely gorgeous.
Thank you! It’s a different take on c2c and I think it’s a lot of fun. Enjoy.
Okkkkaaayyy. After a bit of a rocky start, I looked at some other instructions online. The part that I found confusing was where to put the 3 double crochets after the chain 3. It wasn't very clear the first time you showed it. Once I figured out to always put the 3dcs into the chain 3 spaces, it clicked. Awesome. I'm looking forward to making this blanket! :)
I’m glad you were able to figure it out. Thanks for the feedback. I hope you have fun making your blanket!!
@AStitchWhimsy the actual blanket stitch along is really well done, I very much enjoyed how thorough you are. I'm about halfway through the first panel and think you're brilliant.
Yay! I’m glad it’s going well. Thanks for the update.
I was so happy to see this ! You are a wonderful teacher. I'm looking forward to seeing more !
Thank you so much! I’m glad to hear this video/my style is well received. I’ll come up with more.
So beautiful! I love C2C.
Thank you so much! It’s a bit of a different take on c2c, but a lot of fun.
Gorgeous blanket love it
Thank you so much!!
Love this very easy to follow with video thank you for sharing!!
Thank you!
Just beginning this pattern. Thanks for demonstrating with a light-colored yarn. Much easier to follow!
Thanks for the feedback! I’m new to making videos and appreciate it.
Never done C2C but I also have a hard time with patterns. Would you be willing to make a video of exactly what is needed to make these specific pieces for this really cool pattern??? A step by step for us newbies, basically.
I’m so happy this blanket is inspiring you to try something new! I have 8 videos about this blanket - have you watched them all? I think if you watch them all in order you can work along and get your blanket set up. Then it’s a repeating pattern after that. Let me know if you’ve watched them all and if so, where you are still getting stuck and I’ll see what I can do.
I hope you plan to do a tutorial on how to make a scarf. How to make the straight edge on both sides. You had mentioned you were going to do that. I would love to make scarfs for gifts using this Felix technique. I am a very visual person. Thank you for your consideration.
I’m sorry. Maybe some day. My creative mind is very fleeting and my sustained attention for a particular project is short. I haven’t forgotten about you 💕
This looked like a great way to do colour blocking in C2C. But it is one of the silliest things that I have seen on UA-cam.
Thanks for sharing your opinion, Patricia! I find this different spin on c2c to be a lot of fun and very satisfying. I hope you find something else that you like.
Love it
Thanks!!
You should make another one how to add the other c2c with this would help
I would love to help you more, but I don’t understand your request? If you want to make my Felix Blanket that’s shown at the start of the video, you need to watch all of the Felix Blanket videos - there are 6!

Is there a way that I can increase the size of the blanket
Yes! I’m sorry I’m so late to responding. You work vertically as many blocks as you want and then the middle section you can repeat as many times as you like (or skip it entirely).
What size hook do you recommended.?
I used a 4.5 mm hook with worsted weight yarn and that is a touch smaller than recommended. (Often 5.5 or 6.0 is recommended with that weight.) Honestly, you can use whatever size you have and/or prefer for the weight yarn you are using. A smaller hook will yield a tighter fabric and personally, when it comes to this stitch, I prefer a slightly tighter look. So I recommend going down 1 or 2 sizes from what the yarn recommends, but it really is a personal preference.
The Felix blanket was way to confusing. For me. Sadly i had to rip it out
Aw, I’m sorry you had a difficult time. That’s frustrating. This is a totally new and different take on c2c. I do believe once you learn (and probably more importantly, get use to those new techniques because it feels different), it does get very repetitive, easy and fun. Feel free to reach out with questions if you ever try again someday. Though I understand if you don’t want to!!
This was hard for me to follow, too wordy.....confusing...... I’ve made several c2c blankets. I just want to do the Felix pattern, but getting through this part was painful.
I’m sorry to hear that. Thanks for your feedback.
This is so confusing. ..your all over the place hard to follow but it’s a beautiful blanket, wish it wasn’t so complicated to follow 😫
I’m sorry Wendy! I do have eight videos and they are meant to be watched in order. (I’m not sure if you know that.) I also have a written pattern on my blog with lots of pictures, as well. If you ever decide to try, I am here to help :)
I'm going to give it another try I'm not a quitter lol thank you
Wendy Streeter if you have Facebook (or ravelry) I have created a Felix blanket group. I can help you here too, but if you join one of the groups, there are lots of people making this blanket and would be able to help too :)
SheMakesCrochet.com for my blog and it has the group details too.
@@AStitchWhimsy I'd there a written pattern, I have va hard time with videos
Donna Pierce yes! I have written instructions on my blog. There are three posts and a fourth with extra tips and fun things like a coloring sheet if you want to plan out your design first.

Very confusion
I’m sorry to hear that! Maybe different videos explaining things in different ways will help. Good luck to you.
@@AStitchWhimsy ok thanx dear
