On the question regarding Depo Provera injection, the smaller dose 104 mg is administered SQ in the upper arm not IM. That was a poor NCLEX question, hopefully not on the exam!

I'm a living testimony of Dr frank , he has helped me achieve my dream of becoming a licensed nurse, i encourage those who find it difficult to pass the Nclex exams to work with him and thank me later,
I used some Uworld, some Remar, and read a lil saunders. I did 3 nurse achieve exams and my result came back failed
