Depends how much they defund the police lol. There might be less cops per crime in crime infested neighborhoods but there’s deffinitely a higher number of officers in the area. They don’t like equally distrubute them throughout the city they obviously put more in areas with higher crime rates.

The exact opposite is true bro. I get your attempt at logic, but as others have already pointed out it's not true. More crime, more police. Less crime, less police. Cops roam the streets on their shift. There are always cops not on a call around to show up to a scene, other crimes happening in the area or not. The less crime, the fewer cops. Police budgets and employment numbers are based on crime statistics in each county. I live in Chicago on the east side, I see a cop car dozens of times a day. Out in the suburbs I might see one 🤷🏿♂️
