So, you don't have a issue with the art of the Dark Web series. I don't think Norman should turn evil again just yet. We need to see him do more as a hero, to build up that hero, just to find out that the Goblin is still in his psyche & has just willing been quite. Watching as Norman built new things, upgrading tech, & learning new information. Instead the Goblin is encouraging him through his dreams/nightmares. Every time Norman has a nightmare he goes to make it up to that person in some way or fashion. In doing so it's lighten the mental load on Norman & that weakened his mind cause he doesn't have those walls up anymore. He can finally move on, right? Then after some time of being a hero & being loved as a hero, then Goblin makes his return with a new dark avengers team in Permanent control there is no more battle for Norman's mind. This would create an Avenger level threat that would take the spider family to handle. Leading up to a battle that would have Goblin killed by Peter, & not a simple death, oh no no. The goblin has inhanced himself, is wearing power armor, & more powerful than ever. The Goblin wins the fight by pissing peter off talking about how he was going to murder Mary & his kids. Peter goes to hit Goblin in the chest with holding back less, then the Goblin knowing that Peter's spider-sense only works on in coming dangers, he opens his chest and back on his suit letting Peter Murder the father of his best friend, the man that he respected Norman, the redeemed man. The Goblin does this for 2 reasons, the first is to try & turn his son who has a goblin in him evil. The second is that he knows what it would do to peter to know that he couldn't ever save Norman again. We go down a different route for love, we go down the poly route, both Mary & Felicia have it out over Peter, at first its not about Peter & more about protecting the guy & his kids that's she is with, but the fighting was too much for him so they leave for good after the fight ends. During the fight we find out that blackcat has been brain washed with a hyper aggressive love potion that the goblin gave her while pretending to be Norman. During the fight blackcat & Mary are throwing around Dialogue & Blackcat is making complicated comparisons & toxic remarks towards what she would do while in a relationship with Peter this pisses Mary off to where she gets the upper hand on blackcat & ends up throwing her into the ocean. The sea water washes the love potion off of blackcat. Then we see Mary & Felicia come to terms with what happened before running into each other in a busy shop where Felicia has a tear in her eye & starts apologizing while explaining how she didn't know what happened but she remembered everything & when she went to go find Mary she was what she did to Mary's relationship so she decided to give her some space. This is when they both realize that they love Peter and that's when they see a happy poly couple walking down the streets outside. At first Mary thinks the guy is cheating cause he's holding one of his partners behind the back of the other Mary confused but mad goes to confront him with Felicia as back up & then she gets embarrassed as they explain the whe situation & that's when Mary & Felicia get the idea. Then it becomes a rocky road of getting over toxic personality traits while it's making a poly relationship work. Especially since they have worked well together in dark web. Then he ends up knocking both of them up lol Now for Peter's job, he should honestly follow in Doc Oct Example & start a company. So he does, he creates a website site learning platform that does something similar to film & game theory creating videos that teach about scientific understanding of things like super heroes, their clothes, journalism, & more with the help of Mary & Felicia. They start teaching about things they know. This catches the interest of some others more open about themselves having powers to the public individuals to reach out and create videos teaching people how to control their powers safely & how to train safely. This is still journalism & it's highly educational. The next Arc after these are about Chasm & happening after having proposed to both of them. So the end of the last arc is Peter killing Goblin by accident in front of everyone after having a relationship with both Mary & Felicia & their both Pregnant. So in this arc Chasm is going to get everything he wanted his memories. Peter actually gets through to Ben & then Peter gets help from Doctor VooDoo cause Doctor VooDoo was one of the people who showed up on his website as an educator. (

And maybe in a future arc will involve Peter retiring from being Spider-Man again to finally have peaceful marriage with Mary Jane, because he finally realizes that because of his non-stop duties as a hero, he felt like he was losing his responsibility as Peter Parker by pushing his loved ones away again and again, and in order to regain his responsibility, he has to keep on living with it normally, by hanging up his costume until the time comes. Then both Ben and Miles will then tag-team for a would-be-later story arc "Spider-Men III"

We will lose the king in black, agent venom, venomverse, spiderverse as you said superior Spider-man, & more. We want to make sure everything that has happened stays a part of the timeline. If we don't then we have to revisit everything. But if we keep everything & then tie up all the lose ends we can move forward. I personally don't want to lose anything from the series timeline. I want it all to still happen & the spider family to remember it all. That way we can move forward. Eventually we can have spiderman get labeled as the greatest hero, like how it was said in whichever comic that it was talking about marvels future. Peter can become an avengers level hero standing toe to toe with the best of them & Eventually retire where he only steps in when the world is in danger. Making Miles the official Spider-man & if we keep Chasm, we should have Ben being the one to handle all things supernatural at this point & be the Midnight Sun's Spider-man. Eventually they will team up. Eventually we would get Mayday. I personally don't want to spend another 15 years reliving events that are massively different with similar outcomes. I just want new stories where everyone is leading their own paths creating new villains along the way.

I like pretty much everything you said. Peter should be 30+, making us think he's still 25 with everything that has happened to him is completely ridiculous. He married, was about to have a baby and became a school teacher. Hell, I'm totally sure JMS wrote him as being in his 30s. The appeal of the Peter character wasn't just that he was a teen, but that he grew up and evolved like any of us. That's what made him relatable. Having him perpetually stuck in a loop made him a shadow of his former self and it's just a disrespect to Stan Lee, Steve Ditko and John Romita Sr. The current run of Wally West Flash is how people wanted Peter to be written for ages, which is something incredible to say considering how Wally hit rock bottom as a character during the past decade and was completely down the shitter until a couple of years ago.
The writers be forgetting that those of us who read and watched Spider-Man have grown older and we want to see the character do the same as well, leave the story’s of a young Spider-Man with miles or any of the other hundred spider people
The MJ having powers can also remind her of her relationship w/ Peter and realize having powers isn’t easy and maintaining relationships so she can feel and understand his pov and they can have the conversation as well
Maybe Peter can open a tech repair/repurpose shop like he collects the broken pieces of his villains armor and weapons repairs them to make them none lethal and sells them to the young up and coming street level superhero’s like he becomes the tinkerer but mainly focused on supplying teenaged superheroes with tech and maybe mentor them so they don’t make the same mistakes that Peter maid when he became a teenaged superhero 🤨🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️
I really love this idea. We have seen Peter be a high school teacher before and him trying to inspire younger kids, but this idea is something that has never actually been done with him. The idea of having Peter use his intelligence and help the next generation of superheroes I think is awesome.
I admit I’m a little behind on the Spider-Man comics but I personally believe that despite everything Peter and MJ are each others definitive soulmates.

Honestly for the reason MJ and Peter broke up in recent comics my guess is with Ben going down the dark path and seeming turning into a literal demon, and supposedly demons being behind Osborn being evil, the secret reason they broke up was probably that Peter told her about the deal that was made with Mephisto in the one more day comic and what they had before the deal
MJ already remembers their past life together, though. It's been confirmed both in canon and outside sources that she asked Mephisto to let her remember their married life.
I think the current asm run is just a dreamscape that peter has been trapped in not an actual thing. Like when peter saw a newspapper about mj dying in a plane crash and then it was reveald that she's alive.
I think it kind of hilarious that marvel editorial seems to believe that the fans want Peter to be young and single, when in reality ever since omd they've asked CONSTANTLY for them to be reunited permanently. It's quite frankly very odd.

I love all of this. But I'd rather Norman just DIE before ever getting a chance to rehash as a villain. Norman dies, some rando takes the mantle, and a new problem haunts Peter. BUT Peter won't be as lenient with new Goblin as he was with Norman. He pulls no stops and goes for new Goblin. Still, you have an excellently laid out narrative plan. 🎉
That is not a bad fix. I'll be honest. I dropped Amazing Spider-man right after Wells first issue. I really thought the breakup and kids had something to do with Mysterio since he had been so prominent in the MJ comic. Mysterio just being completely obsessed with MJ and manipulating her through illusion to end up in her current relationship. I thought this was going to be another Scarlet Witch and Vision kind of situation, that being the kids weren't real and either androids/LMD or illusions. Whatever the case maybe I am still not happy with what I have been seeing about the book. Spencer did and excellent job with the characters, but they seemed to have tossed all that out the window. I like Black Cat and really like Terry Dodson's art...particularly with Black Cat...but my dislike of Wells writing is still keeping it sitting in my pull box.

I really just think we need to go back to basics. Have it be Mephisto that has conjured up this broken and skewed world for Peter. Have Peter be his favorite “toy” to play with, and after the events of one more day it’s been his crude pen writing the pages. Have Dr. Strange or someone of mystical power the one able to see the damages done to Spidey. And brings it to his attention. Then we get this entire arc of Peter battling his demons to defeat Mephisto and finally get the win. Peter gets the girl, if the editorial staff is gung-ho in keeping Paul around? Have him remember the previous timeline in some capacity? Make him a new villain that now has a personal grudge against Peter for “stealing his life away”. Then you get that whole comic book circle of drama for readers. I’d they [IE Marvel] want to insist on us being given a younger Spider-Man, then push that direction with Miles Morales. Peter is the mature Spider-Man with years of broken up adventures and lifelong experience. Miles is your new batch of clay. Or “New-er” I should say. If things like Doc Ock being dead after the Superior Spider-Man story is an issue? Then have the corrected timeline bring him back Red-Hood style or something? I’m sure there’s a creative way to do that. I’m not familiar with the recent plotlines Spidey is in now, I just have no interest anymore. Hopefully these ideas inspire, even if it’s minor.
To get rid of the awful Paul and kids plot point, id just make it Mysterio pulling a REALLY long illusion and trick on both Peter and MJ. Using his illusions and hypnosis, he was able to make the kids look and feel almost exactly real. Paul will be Mysterio in disguise. The reason he did this was instead of using his illusions head on, this time he slowly inched into Peter's life to destroy his confidence and mentality. He planned doing something like this for years, but just needed the perfect opportunity. MJ and Peter splitting was the perfect opportunity he needed to pull it off. I would have this reveal be done after your Love Arc

I have a better idea: since basically Mephisto has been retconned to be the cause of every bad saga in Spider-Man (sins of the Past. The "return" of his parents in the nineties etc, we can have a final confrontation between Peter and a Norman Osborn as the ultimate form of Demogoblin. After his win, maybe with the help of Dr Strange and Ghost Rider, Peter gets to purge Mephisto's influence from his life, altering the past in the same way One More Day did. As this happens, several events are erased from history: the Harry Osborn A.I., the gray goblins, the LMD parents... all gone! So we fladhbsck again to the Clone Saga, but a new and improved one, in which Ben Really dies for real in the end and Kaine is able to save Peter and MJ's daughter (she was pregnant at the time). Fast forward to Civil War: it's the child (about two years old now, who motivates Peter to roofie the world. The stress on the couple breaks it and results in a divorce, pushing Peter to try to rebuild his life as a separeted dad. The Superior Spider-Man arc is still there, but this time it's the memories of little Annie who keep Pete's consciousness alive. And MJ, not Carlie, is the one who realises something's really off with Peter. In the end of the Superior Spider-Man arc, Peter sells the company created by Octavius and gets back togethet with MJ. Now we reached Secret Wars, so the whole "Renew your vows story" is now retconned to have happened to 616 Spider-Man, not to an alternate version of him. Also in this version he'll have to kill goblin, not Venom. He and his little girl aged on battleworld, and when the Universe gets restored, they retain the memories and experience of those years, even though other people's memory are a little more fuzzy about it. Also with the restoration of the Universe both Goblin and Ock are back to life, but after the Red Goblin ark, Norman Osborn just f**ng dies, leaving just Ock as his main nemesis.

And look, I'm a huge fan of redemption arcs! It's why Superior Spider-Man was my gateway story into comics and it's why Venom has been my favorite character in all fiction since I was like 8 years old. But Norman getting that treatment was too quick to work. Someone forgot about the clone saga... And Dark Reign... And Goblin Nation... And the classic stories. 🤣

DRAMA, I think it's the biggest problem with Spider-Man comics, there's too much drama, almost all the villains and Peter's friends have a dramatic story. It NEEDS to be a little more fun (or whatever you want to call it) like its golden age
A love triangle between Peter, MJ, and Felicia, and Peter getting a new job. Alright. Those are some interesting ideas right there.👍 But what I really agree with is the fact that they should use miles more! Miles is getting all the attention now, so the comics should probably use him more too. And there's also other young spider people they can use, if they make Peter Parker into an adult. Not just miles, but Mayday and Peni Parker are also options. And the last thing i wanna say is that they SHOULD keep Peter and MJ together. In my opinion, MJ is a better love interest for Peter than Felicia, even though I wouldn't mind if any future movie or show of Spider-Man uses her as his love interest. But MJ is just better.
Yeah maybe have miles take the front in a series. Have a scene where Peter's calling Miles and Miles is trying really hard to not let it known that he's in a fight, because Peter WILL jump in and he's got a birthday or special event or something, and Miles doesn't want to ruin it for him.
Comics need to stop thinking it's some sort of milestone to reach 1000 issues of the same series. Every generation they should be rebooted for new audiences to keep it fresh. Still maintain what made the characters but take the old stories in a different direction, give new writers who understand the characters, and new artistic talent a chance to work on giving their take on how these the characters look (no not changing costumes unless it makes sense in the story). This will solve the issue of needing to have character grow up because if you have them age and have kids, then eventually they need to die and NO ONE wants that. An example of this reboot is the superhero cartoons, they are not the same story going on for 60+ years. Spider-Man specifically has had some AMAZING cartoon series.
This is pretty good and more or less what I'd go for as well. The only thing that makes me sad is seeing Felicia done dirty. So I'd also would like to get Felicia to have more agency. Maybe have her lead the Thieves Guild, or get involved again with the other street level female characters like Misty Knight, Colleen Wing, Jessica Jones, etc to do a Marvel equivalent of the Birds of Prey. And when Felicia is back in Peter's life, they can settle their differences and become friends and occasional partners again. In terms of romance, maybe she might end up with Flash Thompson, aka Agent Anti-venom. There's already precedent there since they've dated before as well. Just some ideas. I really like Black Cat and wish she wasn't only defined by her relationship with Spider-Man.
If we want this to happen, we will have to not buy or read Wells' crap! And hold Marvel to the fire! MJ and Peter must get together and married in order to fix Spider-Man and Marvel!
I feel like the best thing for the story is to have Peter be battling with Norman and to maybe finally cross the line unknowingly. Since in Nick spencers Arc we have Peter and MJ gain control of their own souls again it should accumulate in peter regaining his memories of being married to MJ and remembers the death of baby May and how much hes gone through because of the deal and he breaks normans neck in his blind rage of having the life he wanted taken away from him. (In my version Dark goblin would be given a new power set by Mephisto and Norman would be the one to give peter all those memories back and he would give them back to MJ and this would also cause her to resient Paul and her own kids because of the revililation) In the Love Arc i would keep everything the same expect for one thing. Have Peter say he wants to be with MJ but allow him to make the meture decision to say hes not ready for them to start again and he needs time to find out who he is. Like the ending of No Way Home, make him a purely sole Villian where he fights his Villians but also comes to a level of adultness that he can be with MJ Properly
I’d just keep Norman reformed but have him retire from the Gold Goblin, leave Oscorp, and just leave New York. Earlier, I’d have the Hobgoblin be the villain of the first arc instead and almost kill MJ but Norman saves her life. He and Peter talk. Peter says that while he can’t forgive Norman for killing Gwen, Norman still saved MJ and Peter won’t forget that and thanks him. That way, we can finally have clarity between Norman and Peter and have a good ending.
That’s a really good way to fix the Spider-Man comics but in your analysis who’s kids are those because in 6 months you can’t give birth to two kids and have them be 7 and 8 years old already
I already said this in your community post, putting here again so more people can agree or disagree with me. Marvel had one chance to make MJ and Parker work, and they screwed up erasing their marriage. Now the dynamic just isn't the same, not even when they are at their best. Unlike other heroes Peter has a great "cast" of love interests and he would lose this in exchange for a relationship that lost it's spark already. Above all we have a lot of alternative universes were they ended up together, so we are not losing much. Having a relationship is not equal to growing up, he can still have progress as a character without a main girl, Marvel just needs the courage to stop pretending MJ is still the main girl. He needs a reboot timeline. Strip away all the bs. Set him up in a new status quo. Erase all the post OMD bullshit. This is all well and good, and admirable to attempt to fix it but at the end of the day there has been done way too much damage and it needs to erase all of that bullshit. The continuity for Spider-Man is so awful so yeah they need to reboot him. Undo One More Day and when they do it undoes all the bullshit and now they've been married for years again and have a kid etc.

Norman wasn't seen around in the comics for about 20 years, from the 70s until the 90s, when he was believed dead after his slider impaled him. I think Spidey can go on without him for a while just fine.

Forgive me because I haven’t exactly kept up with comics for a while but doesn’t there have to be some sort of magical event to allow them to be together again? I feel like something could happen to undo one more day and it would mess up a bunch of other stuff in their lives, but ultimately they carry each other through in the end.
Instead of having his uncle killed off, they could have him be NEARLY late, witness the altercation, and try to stop the dude, causing the bullet to hit his uncle in the shoulder instead. According to an article, people are TIRED of the dead-uncle shit!

I kinda always felt that mj was holding Peter back cuz whenever they breakup Peter hits rock bottom dates a few other girls then mj comes back and she mainly always breaks up with him for being spiderman and gets angry at him for it like if a police officers wife dumped him for being a police officer

i think most of what you say is the direction wells plans on going. In fact in order to get where your going you need exactly the kind of set up wells is giving you so why not sit back and enjoy. the main problem with the current volume is the constant interruptions from editorial directed events like helfire gala and dark web which are utterly unreadable (re: Krap) and stop the flow of the main story. Personally i don't think we need to go back to the boring old mj waiting home, worrying about pete storylines of the past in order to go forwards. However pete needs a believable life outside spidey with a believable job and circle of friends (and maybe even some friends who know his ID.) and perhaps some new love interests as felicia can never be a long term option as it would reveal his ID. Pete had this during slott's run and it disappeared during spencer's awful run (one of the worst ever) and it seems wells is trying to resurrect proper story telling. Norman will go goblin crazy again and i actually hope wells drags that process out for as long as possible. Norman could start engineering problems for pete secretly for a long time and not even know he was doing it.
Not exactly what I want, but a big improvement from where we are. I like using MJ’s past to influence her character arcs. Doubt the current editors even know her history. I would add, show Peter is competent. He does not need help fighting the Adrian Tooms. And tell Aunt May he’s Spider-Man. JJJ has know the trust longer, and Marvel have done nothing with it

I really am glad your a fan of the comics so am I but we all know marvel editorial just won't do anything new or LOGICAL with Peter parker. Unfortunately for us. They hire a lot of people who either don't respect the characters or understand the characters to write them correctly. Although I know these characters are fictional. The current staff at marvel just think that anyone will accept their poor writing choices just because it's from marvel and it's an extremely popular character like spiderman. I'd not give parker a teaching job. I'd make him a freelance photographer again. And maybe patent a couple of his Spider-Man derived tech for civilian use, like a inferior web formula that makes for a better kind of rope or fabric. Team up with Reed Richards, sell the patent to him, collect royalties. But only enough royalties and money from the freelancer job to get by. That way you can adjust his money struggle levels without going ridiculously over the poverty line or having him find a new job every writer's run, making him relatable as a guy working in the gig economy, and gives him the flexibility to be a vigilante superhero. Bing, bang, boom, done! Also, I'd turn Paul into a superpowered parasite. Such a Marty Stu! I'd like nothing more than to find out he's actually leeching off MJ and turning her against Peter Parker all along, but all along he was trapping her in a co-dependent relationship so he could have his power fix. That would make the most sense.

Ima be honest I would simply destroy the past 20 yrs of Spider-Man comics directly before Civil War. I would then clean up Peter's story and have a very limited group of writers give him his end goal and a ending to his life. Then anything write afterwards is simply a go between.

I don't think Norman should turn evil again just yet. We need to see him do more as a hero, to build up that hero, just to find out that the Goblin is still in his psyche & has just willing been quite. Watching as Norman built new things, upgrading tech, & learning new information. Instead the Goblin is encouraging him through his dreams/nightmares. Every time Norman has a nightmare he goes to make it up to that person in some way or fashion. In doing so it's lighten the mental load on Norman & that weakened his mind cause he doesn't have those walls up anymore. He can finally move on, right? Then after some time of being a hero & being loved as a hero, then Goblin makes his return with a new dark avengers team in Permanent control there is no more battle for Norman's mind. This would create an Avenger level threat that would take the spider family to handle. Leading up to a battle that would have Goblin killed by Peter, & not a simple death, oh no no. The goblin has inhanced himself, is wearing power armor, & more powerful than ever. The Goblin wins the fight by pissing peter off talking about how he was going to murder Mary & his kids. Peter goes to hit Goblin in the chest with holding back less, then the Goblin knowing that Peter's spider-sense only works on in coming dangers, he opens his chest and back on his suit letting Peter Murder the father of his best friend, the man that he respected Norman, the redeemed man. The Goblin does this for 2 reasons, the first is to try & turn his son who has a goblin in him evil. The second is that he knows what it would do to peter to know that he couldn't ever save Norman again.
We go down a different route for love, we go down the poly route, both Mary & Felicia have it out over Peter, at first its not about Peter & more about protecting the guy & his kids that's she is with, but the fighting was too much for him so they leave for good after the fight ends. During the fight we find out that blackcat has been brain washed with a hyper aggressive love potion that the goblin gave her while pretending to be Norman. During the fight blackcat & Mary are throwing around Dialogue & Blackcat is making complicated comparisons & toxic remarks towards what she would do while in a relationship with Peter this pisses Mary off to where she gets the upper hand on blackcat & ends up throwing her into the ocean. The sea water washes the love potion off of blackcat. Then we see Mary & Felicia come to terms with what happened before running into each other in a busy shop where Felicia has a tear in her eye & starts apologizing while explaining how she didn't know what happened but she remembered everything & when she went to go find Mary she was what she did to Mary's relationship so she decided to give her some space. This is when they both realize that they love Peter and that's when they see a happy poly couple walking down the streets outside. At first Mary thinks the guy is cheating cause he's holding one of his partners behind the back of the other Mary confused but mad goes to confront him with Felicia as back up & then she gets embarrassed as they explain the whe situation & that's when Mary & Felicia get the idea. Then it becomes a rocky road of getting over toxic personality traits while it's making a poly relationship work. Especially since they have worked well together in dark web. Then he ends up knocking both of them up lol
Now for Peter's job, he should honestly follow in Doc Oct Example & start a company. So he does, he creates a website site learning platform that does something similar to film & game theory creating videos that teach about scientific understanding of things like super heroes, their clothes, journalism, & more with the help of Mary & Felicia. They start teaching about things they know. This catches the interest of some others more open about themselves having powers to the public individuals to reach out and create videos teaching people how to control their powers safely & how to train safely. This is still journalism & it's highly educational.
The next Arc after these are about Chasm & happening after having proposed to both of them. So the end of the last arc is Peter killing Goblin by accident in front of everyone after having a relationship with both Mary & Felicia & their both Pregnant.
So in this arc Chasm is going to get everything he wanted his memories. Peter actually gets through to Ben & then Peter gets help from Doctor VooDoo cause Doctor VooDoo was one of the people who showed up on his website as an educator. (

We will lose the king in black, agent venom, venomverse, spiderverse as you said superior Spider-man, & more. We want to make sure everything that has happened stays a part of the timeline. If we don't then we have to revisit everything. But if we keep everything & then tie up all the lose ends we can move forward. I personally don't want to lose anything from the series timeline. I want it all to still happen & the spider family to remember it all. That way we can move forward. Peter can become an avengers level hero standing toe to toe with the best of them & Eventually retire where he only steps in when the world is in danger. Eventually they will team up. Eventually we would get Mayday. I personally don't want to spend another 15 years reliving events that are massively different with similar outcomes. I just want new stories where everyone is leading their own paths creating new villains along the way.

I like pretty much everything you said. Peter should be 30+, making us think he's still 25 with everything that has happened to him is completely ridiculous. He married, was about to have a baby and became a school teacher. Hell, I'm totally sure JMS wrote him as being in his 30s. The appeal of the Peter character wasn't just that he was a teen, but that he grew up and evolved like any of us. That's what made him relatable. Having him perpetually stuck in a loop made him a shadow of his former self and it's just a disrespect to Stan Lee, Steve Ditko and John Romita Sr. The current run of Wally West Flash is how people wanted Peter to be written for ages, which is something incredible to say considering how Wally hit rock bottom as a character during the past decade and was completely down the shitter until a couple of years ago.
The writers be forgetting that those of us who read and watched Spider-Man have grown older and we want to see the character do the same as well, leave the story’s of a young Spider-Man with miles or any of the other hundred spider people

I really love this idea. We have seen Peter be a high school teacher before and him trying to inspire younger kids, but this idea is something that has never actually been done with him. The idea of having Peter use his intelligence and help the next generation of superheroes I think is awesome.

Honestly for the reason MJ and Peter broke up in recent comics my guess is with Ben going down the dark path and seeming turning into a literal demon, and supposedly demons being behind Osborn being evil, the secret reason they broke up was probably that Peter told her about the deal that was made with Mephisto in the one more day comic and what they had before the deal
MJ already remembers their past life together, though. It's been confirmed both in canon and outside sources that she asked Mephisto to let her remember their married life.

I love all of this. But I'd rather Norman just DIE before ever getting a chance to rehash as a villain. Norman dies, some rando takes the mantle, and a new problem haunts Peter. BUT Peter won't be as lenient with new Goblin as he was with Norman. He pulls no stops and goes for new Goblin.

That is not a bad fix. I'll be honest. I dropped Amazing Spider-man right after Wells first issue. I really thought the breakup and kids had something to do with Mysterio since he had been so prominent in the MJ comic. Mysterio just being completely obsessed with MJ and manipulating her through illusion to end up in her current relationship. I thought this was going to be another Scarlet Witch and Vision kind of situation, that being the kids weren't real and either androids/LMD or illusions. Whatever the case maybe I am still not happy with what I have been seeing about the book. Spencer did and excellent job with the characters, but they seemed to have tossed all that out the window. I like Black Cat and really like Terry Dodson's art...particularly with Black Cat...but my dislike of Wells writing is still keeping it sitting in my pull box.

Have Dr. Strange or someone of mystical power the one able to see the damages done to Spidey. And brings it to his attention.
Then we get this entire arc of Peter battling his demons to defeat Mephisto and finally get the win.
Peter gets the girl, if the editorial staff is gung-ho in keeping Paul around?
Have him remember the previous timeline in some capacity? Make him a new villain that now has a personal grudge against Peter for “stealing his life away”. Then you get that whole comic book circle of drama for readers.

To get rid of the awful Paul and kids plot point, id just make it Mysterio pulling a REALLY long illusion and trick on both Peter and MJ. Using his illusions and hypnosis, he was able to make the kids look and feel almost exactly real. Paul will be Mysterio in disguise. The reason he did this was instead of using his illusions head on, this time he slowly inched into Peter's life to destroy his confidence and mentality. He planned doing something like this for years, but just needed the perfect opportunity. MJ and Peter splitting was the perfect opportunity he needed to pull it off. I would have this reveal be done after your Love Arc

I have a better idea: since basically Mephisto has been retconned to be the cause of every bad saga in Spider-Man (sins of the Past. The "return" of his parents in the nineties etc, we can have a final confrontation between Peter and a Norman Osborn as the ultimate form of Demogoblin. After his win, maybe with the help of Dr Strange and Ghost Rider, Peter gets to purge Mephisto's influence from his life, altering the past in the same way One More Day did. As this happens, several events are erased from history: the Harry Osborn A.I., the gray goblins, the LMD parents... all gone! So we fladhbsck again to the Clone Saga, but a new and improved one, in which Ben Really dies for real in the end and Kaine is able to save Peter and MJ's daughter (she was pregnant at the time).
Fast forward to Civil War: it's the child (about two years old now, who motivates Peter to roofie the world. The stress on the couple breaks it and results in a divorce, pushing Peter to try to rebuild his life as a separeted dad. The Superior Spider-Man arc is still there, but this time it's the memories of little Annie who keep Pete's consciousness alive. And MJ, not Carlie, is the one who realises something's really off with Peter.
In the end of the Superior Spider-Man arc, Peter sells the company created by Octavius and gets back togethet with MJ. Now we reached Secret Wars, so the whole "Renew your vows story" is now retconned to have happened to 616 Spider-Man, not to an alternate version of him. Also in this version he'll have to kill goblin, not Venom. He and his little girl aged on battleworld, and when the Universe gets restored, they retain the memories and experience of those years, even though other people's memory are a little more fuzzy about it. Also with the restoration of the Universe both Goblin and Ock are back to life, but after the Red Goblin ark, Norman Osborn just f**ng dies, leaving just Ock as his main nemesis.

But Norman getting that treatment was too quick to work. Someone forgot about the clone saga... And Dark Reign... And Goblin Nation... And the classic stories. 🤣

But what I really agree with is the fact that they should use miles more! Miles is getting all the attention now, so the comics should probably use him more too. And there's also other young spider people they can use, if they make Peter Parker into an adult. Not just miles, but Mayday and Peni Parker are also options.
And the last thing i wanna say is that they SHOULD keep Peter and MJ together. In my opinion, MJ is a better love interest for Peter than Felicia, even though I wouldn't mind if any future movie or show of Spider-Man uses her as his love interest. But MJ is just better.
Yeah maybe have miles take the front in a series. Have a scene where Peter's calling Miles and Miles is trying really hard to not let it known that he's in a fight, because Peter WILL jump in and he's got a birthday or special event or something, and Miles doesn't want to ruin it for him.

Comics need to stop thinking it's some sort of milestone to reach 1000 issues of the same series. Every generation they should be rebooted for new audiences to keep it fresh. Still maintain what made the characters but take the old stories in a different direction, give new writers who understand the characters, and new artistic talent a chance to work on giving their take on how these the characters look (no not changing costumes unless it makes sense in the story).
This will solve the issue of needing to have character grow up because if you have them age and have kids, then eventually they need to die and NO ONE wants that.
An example of this reboot is the superhero cartoons, they are not the same story going on for 60+ years. Spider-Man specifically has had some AMAZING cartoon series.

This is pretty good and more or less what I'd go for as well. The only thing that makes me sad is seeing Felicia done dirty. So I'd also would like to get Felicia to have more agency. Maybe have her lead the Thieves Guild, or get involved again with the other street level female characters like Misty Knight, Colleen Wing, Jessica Jones, etc to do a Marvel equivalent of the Birds of Prey. And when Felicia is back in Peter's life, they can settle their differences and become friends and occasional partners again. I feel like the best thing for the story is to have Peter be battling with Norman and to maybe finally cross the line unknowingly. Since in Nick spencers Arc we have Peter and MJ gain control of their own souls again it should accumulate in peter regaining his memories of being married to MJ and remembers the death of baby May and how much hes gone through because of the deal and he breaks normans neck in his blind rage of having the life he wanted taken away from him. (In my version Dark goblin would be given a new power set by Mephisto and Norman would be the one to give peter all those memories back and he would give them back to MJ and this would also cause her to resient Paul and her own kids because of the revililation) In the Love Arc i would keep everything the same expect for one thing. Have Peter say he wants to be with MJ but allow him to make the meture decision to say hes not ready for them to start again and he needs time to find out who he is. Like the ending of No Way Home, make him a purely sole Villian where he fights his Villians but also comes to a level of adultness that he can be with MJ Properly

I’d just keep Norman reformed but have him retire from the Gold Goblin, leave Oscorp, and just leave New York. Earlier, I’d have the Hobgoblin be the villain of the first arc instead and almost kill MJ but Norman saves her life. He and Peter talk. Peter says that while he can’t forgive Norman for killing Gwen, Norman still saved MJ and Peter won’t forget that and thanks him. That way, we can finally have clarity between Norman and Peter and have a good ending.

I already said this in your community post, putting here again so more people can agree or disagree with me.
Marvel had one chance to make MJ and Parker work, and they screwed up erasing their marriage. Now the dynamic just isn't the same, not even when they are at their best. Unlike other heroes Peter has a great "cast" of love interests and he would lose this in exchange for a relationship that lost it's spark already. Above all we have a lot of alternative universes were they ended up together, so we are not losing much.
Having a relationship is not equal to growing up, he can still have progress as a character without a main girl, Marvel just needs the courage to stop pretending MJ is still the main girl.

i think most of what you say is the direction wells plans on going. In fact in order to get where your going you need exactly the kind of set up wells is giving you so why not sit back and enjoy. the main problem with the current volume is the constant interruptions from editorial directed events like helfire gala and dark web which are utterly unreadable (re: Krap) and stop the flow of the main story. Personally i don't think we need to go back to the boring old mj waiting home, worrying about pete storylines of the past in order to go forwards. However pete needs a believable life outside spidey with a believable job and circle of friends (and maybe even some friends who know his ID.) and perhaps some new love interests as felicia can never be a long term option as it would reveal his ID. Pete had this during slott's run and it disappeared during spencer's awful run (one of the worst ever) and it seems wells is trying to resurrect proper story telling. Norman will go goblin crazy again and i actually hope wells drags that process out for as long as possible. Norman could start engineering problems for pete secretly for a long time and not even know he was doing it.

I'd not give parker a teaching job. I'd make him a freelance photographer again. And maybe patent a couple of his Spider-Man derived tech for civilian use, like a inferior web formula that makes for a better kind of rope or fabric. Team up with Reed Richards, sell the patent to him, collect royalties. But only enough royalties and money from the freelancer job to get by. That way you can adjust his money struggle levels without going ridiculously over the poverty line or having him find a new job every writer's run, making him relatable as a guy working in the gig economy, and gives him the flexibility to be a vigilante superhero. Bing, bang, boom, done!
Also, I'd turn Paul into a superpowered parasite. Such a Marty Stu! I'd like nothing more than to find out he's actually leeching off MJ and turning her against Peter Parker all along, but all along he was trapping her in a co-dependent relationship so he could have his power fix.
