This is an excellent functional layout, but I agree with the suggestion of moving the washroom and replacing it with a powder room. I would change the entrance from the kitchen area for the powder room to opposite the door to the primary bedroom in that hallway. I would remove the curved steps at the front of the house and replace with rectangular steps, as this would be in keeping with the straight lines of the house. Generally a great concept.

Yes I will make those Changes. Especially the idea of the steps from circular to square . I told you several times before that you are an Architect you always have good architectural ideas.

Blessings. Love the layout. I would put a powder room where the washroom space Is.
Create a space on the back porch behind the kitchen along the back bedroom wall 🧱 for the washroom. Rectangular steps. Keep it straight lines.
If you have guests over you don't want everyone using that one bathroom that already sharing
two bedroom.

Another great proposal love the design however I would suggest where you have the wash room to put the powder room and part of the back porch to put the wash room instead just to keep the sheared bathroom private as it seems there is enough space and more functionable nuff respect

love your videos , I have one question, you mention that this house will cost about 30 mill, what do you think it would cost me to build 3000 sQft with slab roof modern design two story?

It varies, it can range anywhere between 6 to 12 weeks. Sometimes it could be longer.

It depends on the person who is doing the drawings. There are special rate , but some registered architect will charge a percentage of the building cost.
