Hello, with the hurricane season up on us and with so many badly damaged roofs from Beryl. What is the best roofing design and installation to withstand a cat 4 or 5 hurricane winds.
You Know, I have been seriously thinking about this. I still think we can use Timber Roof in our design spacing rafter closer and Using hurricane straps at every rafters, some people might ops to use reinforce concrete roof, but there is also a draw back to that with heat absorption resulting in higher energy bill. But this is tough one.
Well the roof plan is just to show the material the roof is going to be finished with. However it's not a must that you show the roof plan, you can call out the roof finishes on the roof framing plan. You always ask some good questions. Keep it up I am willing share my knowledge, I put up these videos mainly to inspire young people like you . Respect.
You know I was recently considering to buy one of these quads for investment purposes, I was intending to add two 2 bedroom 1 bathroom units (downstairs & upstairs). I wonder how feasible it would be in terms of pricing and possible earnings. What do you think this drawing would cost to build?

I noticed that all the manholes had a line drawn to them. Is that all the manholes are connected and will feed to the main manhole?
Yes. The lines are representation of 2inch and four inch pipe leading to existing manhole and then to sewage treatment plant.
