Electrifying Act3 as a Storm Sorcerer- Lonewolf BG3

In this video I talked down on the multiclass just a little bit. I was wrong in what I said. Going for the tempest cleric and wizard multiclass does net you higher damage especially with the amulet of the devout (giving you +1 channel divinity charge). Everything else about the build is the same.

A good workaround for not getting access to chain lightning with the 9-2 build is to dip 1 level into wizard so you can learn the spell from a scroll

It works, but then chain lightning gets cast using your int and not charisma. I tested it and I couldn't learn lvl 6 spells with a 9-2-1 spread, maybe I was doing something wrong. You could still take 11 in wizard to learn and respect back to 9-2-1

Nice to see someone using Storm Sorc. I always respec Gale into it and use him to dominate the Steely bois in Act 3. He can spam Chain Lightning and just end their entire existence, using the two freecast staffs, Freecast and the Spellcrux amulet. And one extra cast from Markoheshkir's blessing.

10:49 its kinda cheese but u can grab some thunder damage grenades from gortash fight, 15 should solve ansur

My problem isn't staying alive it's damage. If I spend every spell slot on casting chromatic orb and max roll on every hit I deal barely enough damage to kill him

it's not an ocean, you're actually on the shores of the chionthar, a river
granted, Baldur's Gate is rather close to the ocean. but it's not ON the ocean.
