Absent fathers, psychotic mothers, lies and misery nonstop. This Behavior mimics and triggers trauma bonds, also triggers attachment styles. This triggers insecure attachment...and will most likely trigger dismissive avoidant and anxious preoccupied as well. Though, dismissive avoidants will eventually bail because they tend to be so selfish and this advice wouldn't create a satisfying relationship with them as they wouldn't have enough attention/love from you to continually dismiss/discard. Securely attached people don't stay around for this, and if they do, it will create trauma in them that changes their secure attachment. Please don't mess around and hurt yourself. Please love yourself and love others. Don't be a damn doormat, have boundaries. I understand this video is for the toxic people and I'm not disagreeing with Alex.
