Horus with Spirit sounds so good in theory since it gives bodies, without normal summon, and negates. Time-tearing Morganite would be another good addition to get draws and additional normal summon, if only it didn't clash with Imsety (and maybe some of the spirits?). Too bad meta crushes creativity in any form :/
Yeah meta is really annoying but its still possible to have fun and climb with decks like these. Mind you that this is ranked diamond elo im playing at. I've tried time-tearing morganite and I have a video of TTM with Spirits on the channel but not being able to activate monster effects in your hand is a real punch in the gut
Yeah true but what I struggle with is what do you do after the Lord of Swords resolves and you can't otk? you're wide open if you don't have monster effects like battle fader for example. That is pretty much the only weakness i still have to fix
Watching this not because i wanna play the deck but so i can beat it cause ive been having issues with it lol. Would you happen to play Nekroz at all? Ive been looking into them recently and looking at your channel you seem to dabble in a lot of decks
Well thank you for watching nontheless :D You surely mean the Horus part of the deck right? Cause no one ever plays spirits xD I haven't played Nekroz at all yet, but if it sounds interesting and is not too expensive i might give it a go!

Yea but once ttm is active you don’t really need hand effects. I try to rely on my spirit engine more once I have ttm

@@HeyIamPaddy I’ve been using the blackwing monster that’s unaffected and the geomath synchro so they don’t return to deck after
@@HeyIamPaddy also if you use the Horus trap that helps with preventing otk on you
