@@sproutedplanner 😂😂😂exactly! DON'T. Touch. My piles!!! The glasses wipe - you put that in the inbox because you knew you'd always come across it when cleaning out the inbox. And then it's, "oh well since it's here, lemme wipe my glasses." And then put it back in the box because it makes sense! To "Working through the inbox" you. "Showing us the inbox" you is clearly confused😂
Ideally, I plan my week the Thursday or Friday before. If not, I will do it on the weekend or Monday. I really don’t like to wait until the weekend or Monday, though, because I want to try and leave the weekend time for more leisurely things. Using my brain to think about the week isn’t exactly leisurely. However, it does weigh my mind if it’s not mapped out. I can’t fully enjoy the weekend if I haven’t planned ahead. Hopefully, that makes sense. 😂
Lol I do this too! For me, it's just easier to plan next steps while I'm still in the groove...versus waiting for Sunday night and trying to remember what i did the previous week.
@@hindenburg2006 exactly! if I have to think beyond the past 48 hours, it’s a pain. Lol. I weekly reflect (for goal setting) and that is challenging if I don’t have something written to look at to jog my memory of what even happened the past week.
@@CreatingSelfCarePlans just this week, i added a little summary word next to my daily journal entry (I'm using the Makse horizontal...among other planners lol). That way, when I'm planning on Sunday (Because i didn't get to it yesterday and I'm wiped today), i can have a quick little reference to the major takeaways from this week that i want to start implementing next week. Of course this is all theory - we'll see what i actually do with it!🤣
@@hindenburg2006 haha. Great idea! I’m using the MakseLife companion notebooks along with my EC weekly and daily duo. I using the JMB living journal as well and writing my wins/beauty/joys each night before bed in that journal have been helping me when I get to doing my MakseLife reflections because I can just look at the wins from there and that helps me not think so hard.
I've tried many ideas for "planning day", but nothing works. So, I'm thinking Friday will have to be the day because I flop on Saturday, I'm tired from church on Sunday, and Monday is too late. So, we'll see how Friday works.
I am currently using the happy planner because I want the use the sitickers and I like the ability to franeknplan, but I really do like your planners (esp the weekly one0. Will def keep in mind when I get my next planner. So thanks!
Thank you for watching! When do you plan your week? ⏲
Just downloaded your "try me" planner pages and found this video - both very helpful.
Perfect! I'm so glad to hear both are helpful 😊

It makes perfect sense! I've never considered it from that angle. Way to keep protect your weekends when you can!
