Please do not ever get rid of the value/prep work/reflection pages! It makes your planner so different from the others on the market 😌 I think it has the right amount of notes pages already!

Thanks Heather! I always put my relationships at the top of my values list, but I wonder if I can get away with listing a different value since you also include the home team in the planner and that’s where I can ensure that I am checking in on all the relationships that are most important to me.

Quick question- do the reflection questions change each month? I am loving the layouts of your planners! Debating whether to get the daily or weekly.

I also like @kathywrightable idea of grouping similar value words as one!

Hi Heather! First, I can say unequivocally that my values have changed, some radically, over the course of my 69 years. I am older AND wiser. Second, I had to start it over again because I printed out the Values Worksheet double-sided instead of single-sided. I could not cut out the words to make the three piles, because I had the values on each side. Ooops! So I had to reprint the worksheet single-sided and go through the values exercise again. That's okay, because I wanted to do it accurately. There are more value words that are not contained on this list such as, "accuracy," "hard-working," "productive," "responsible," "advocacy," "intelligence," and "activism." But this is a fun and useful exercise that you have created. Thank you for your time and consideration in producing this video for us. I am a fan of you and the Sprouted Planner that you created! :-)

This was so incredibly helpful! thank you, Heather for your time in putting this together. I really enjoyed thinking about values in this way. it was hard to widdle things down, but I feel good about the ones I will be focusing on.

My exercise took me longer so I’ll be doing this again. I found that some of the value words were similar so I grouped those as one. Also I made a category of descriptors I’m working on that I need to grow in. Thank you for this great opportunity to understand values better!

Everything was so easy to follow and now I feel so much more happier to fully understand what my 5 key values are for 2025. Thank you ever so much for putting this together!

I love to see REAL planning! Since I preplan my week on the weekends I usually take 5 to 10min the night before to plan my day . I start with reflecting on the current day. easy peasy planning.

I abbreviate chicken like that too. 😂 I never really thought anything of it, but I’ve also worked in restaurant-type places so I probably got it from there too. Lol

I bought the weekly but now I'm thinking I want the daily planner lol.

As always, a great video! It's so helpful to actually see other people translate "theory" into "practicality." I get such good ideas that way. I can't wait to start my 2025 Weekly Planner - the Pink Peonies is gorgeous! I really like the new dashboard page at the beginning of each month - it's going to be a great "brain dump" space from where I can pull to-do's into my weekly spreads (and I still use the Daily Sticky Notepad for a very busy day!). Thanks, Heather, for taking the time to make these videos. I know they're time-consuming to produce, but your sense of humor makes them a very welcome breath of fresh air! 🤓

Thank you for your video! I love planning videos where there is actually planning! I am not super decorative, probably about like you demonstrated here. I use a couple stickers, a few strips of washi and my beloved mildliners. I plan every Sunday as well. First I look at my monthly to see what is going on for the week and put that in my week and then I look at my list of tasks that only happen on a certain day(That I keep on a notes page) and I write those in as well. Its annoying to have to write them down every week, but if I don't I will forget to do them. Then I look at last weeks task list and transfer over anything that didn't get done. I plan my meals on Thursday of the previous week so I have already written those down in my weekly by Sunday.

Dear Heather, I love the reflection pages. I believe that they will help me to plan my days and my life with purpose. I want to get Sprouted Planner basically for these reflection pages. Your focus on Values and Intentions rather than Goal Setting is helping me not to get stressed over winning a goals race and not to feel bad when goals are not met but instead to focus on what truly matters in my life. I HOLD MY PEN LIKE THAT TOO. I ordered the daily after realizing that my to do list for work is too long for the weekly layout. I love that you have the weekly page included with the daily layout.

I ordered my planners and accessories and I was doing cousin and Planner Perfect for 2024 but after watching the videos I new this is the one system I want to use for 2025. My question it is what stickers can I buy, for functional and deco what would you recommend. I’m thinking Kate Planner but I open to suggestions
