Yo its me orri i understand i don't play like i did play before i were really good in till i got hacked but I'm better now then i was but i have been playing for 3years so i also dont play bee swarm simulator like i did but i still play having alot of fun but beesmas is what is really fun too play your still the best UA-camer❤ when you streaming pls make more content still playing bee swarm simulator every day lol keep the good work up
yo gloomy im ok with the content switch, minecraft is fun, bee game is also fun (when onett exists), nostalgia, playing beesmas with friends, but ye no one been playing bee game and even this years beesmas (if it happens) will probably be kinda dry ima be honest, but who knows
From what i've seen from other channels suffering from the same thing as most BSS content creators, or for example BGS, Arsenal, Tower Battles hell even Lumber Tycoon 2 i've seen it all in my almost 8 years of watching and playing roblox, Theres many different ways people transitioned from a dead game.
Option A: Switching to another game, with a similar vibe or same genre
This is a very safe option, lets say, Bunny Films a youtuber ive been watching for years now for Lumber Tycoon 2, he is slowly moving on from that game, but still uploads it every so often, the games he enjoys and records are very similar, for example Oaklands or Farming and Friends, both very relaxed games focused on farming which he enjoyed and his audience also did, as its a similar feel of playing those games.
Option B: Switching games entirely
Abit less safe, however if you can capture the same feeling in another game it should be as good as normal, now, For example, John Roblox switched content types multiple times, R2D, when that died he moved onto Tower Battles, than onto Arsenal, which was the biggest switch in content in his career, however since he could hold the same of mood in that game, his viewers stayed, even after coming back to the tower defense genre when he was known for FPS games now, his fans stayed.
Option C: Variety content
Picture, Josh from lets game it out, he uploads multiple types of games, but his viewers stay for it all, why? the vibe, is the exact same.
do you see a pattern here?
If that one calm and relaxed BSS youtuber switched to Overwatch and Valorant and started uploading montages, people will naturally get confused, and unsubscribe, because thats not what they were here for.

I did a test about 6 months ago, i uploaded a video on the same game on 3 channels, in which i somehow got lucky enough to have 2 of those channels to get 5k+ views first video, and the other one only 300, so i decided to use those two channels, to see how well i can keep this up, well i did 2 more videos on both channels and got around 50 subs on each and a total of 1k views on the other two, pretty similar viewships like 200-600 views difference
Than i uploaded a video of a game with the same type of vibe, and on the other channel, a completely different type of video
On the first one, i got about the same views, around 300 views, same as the lowest viewed video, gained a couple of subscribers even which is impressive for such low views
On the second one however, i got 150, and i actually was unsubscribed twice, and subscribed once, meaning i still lost one subscriber, got less views
I got really lucky with those videos by the way, i was totally expecting this test to be an absolute flop, but some clever thumbnails got me some easy views
I then again did another channel, with a pbb copy i was playing at the time for nostalgia, i also spent way too much time making a thumbnail, and yeah, that also resulted in 3k views.
it wasnt even a good thumbnail, i just used common attention grabbing symbols, borders, and other similar tactics, however after the second video the channel performed much worse
atleast i proved that my tests werent complete BS and could actually hold some facts in it.
BSS and Minecraft, under some specific situations, have a similar vibe, like those chill bedwars skywars gameplay videos or whatever, survival, modded survival, have something similar to BSS
Now problem: Roblox
uhh, how do i explain it.
Roblox has many games on it, however if you started uploading some other roblox games, now everything falls apart, also in-between the transition you should have one video per week, one of the prior game, and one of the new one, then do that for a month before gradually removing the previous game, unless you want to have both games
thats something i learnt from a friend of mine while me and him were messing around making experiments like these on the algorithm on youtube, tiktok, insta, you name it.

yeah so i was meant to work on a modpack and a custom mod i was working on but i wrote and essay on how to transition from one content type to another from months of testing the algorithm with my friend
holy thank u alot for this I read the entire text :) And as u said a farming game like bss is the same vibe for me as skyblock hypixel that game is alot about farming materials and grinding for many many many hours. Its really relaxing nothing with pvp or anything crazy just a relaxing video game that alot of players play what do u think about it? If u dont know what skyblock is search it up its really fun for me
