Kite Maker Corner: Mike Sterling | Sky Rider Limited

Welcome back to Sky Rider Limited! Today on the first episode of series 2 of Kite Maker Corner we meet we catch up with Mike Sterling. Mike of course answers the now infamous three KMC questions:
1) What is your favorite kite you have ever owned?
2) What is your favorite kite you have ever flown?
3) What is your favorite kite you have ever designed?
Mike is a kite designer and tinkerer from the early days of sport kiting. The Inventor of the Cyborg series of kites, Mike has definitely approached things differently then many of his contemporaries. With sizes as big as ten feet the Cyborg is an impressive kite on any field and still puts on a good show more then 30 years after its creation. Mike has also played in the world of single line kites wit creations like the P-38 seen in one of the single line kite bag tours. My father and Mike go back all the way to the late 80's but it took until Kite Party 20 for me to finally meet Mike and I am glad I got to spend some time on the beach with him.
