THIS.WAS.SPECTACULAR!!!!! Holly, the one thing your podcast accomplishes is to remind fans that porn stars are human - they hurt, they heal, they love. Oftentimes our selfish side uses their images for jerk-off material and we forget they’re someone ‘s daughter/niece/grandchild/good friend. The story of Kimmy’s mother and your struggles with alcoholism (as well as your emotional resonance with it) really touched me. This is your purpose - to shine a light on these people who are often thought of in an unfair light. They deserve to be respected and admired as well as ogled and beaten off to (as strange as that sounds). Keep up the great work and always know you consistently do a fantastic job! Take care and go Kimmy!

You can almost say the same for the porn viewers, that society would label those who watch such content as degenerates, lowlifes, questionable people to be around. Especially assuming many who watch, specifically men who consume such content as lacking emotional intelligence and so forth. Porn is always going to be in the grey area if things. Cause if it's not going to be porn it would be something else, just like if strip clubs were to be eliminated, something else would replace it.

    • @ShaolinShadowStroke
      @ShaolinShadowStroke 2 роки тому

@@Menace2Society7701 American society (like most Western societies) wants to have it both ways. It won't legalize sex work, but at the same time it demonizes men for indulging in adult content, WHILE STILL AT THE SAME TIME high-fiving women for indulging in Harlequin novels and 50-shades-of-whatever. In Western times, pron didn't really exist because every saloon was stocked with sex workers, and nobody said a word. In the 60s through 80s, the sexual revolution ensured that pretty much everyone had a chance at mating and dating. But since the 90s, things have gone off kilter, and the only reason we're just now seeing things start to unravel is because for the last 20 years, most men held out hope that the male/female dynamic would become more equitable. And if the goal of demonizing men who indulge in adult entertainment is to encourage men to go out and get married to "good women" instead of indulging in "debauchery," it's a failed sales pitch, as high divorce rates have demonstrated. And the experts wonder why there's an Incel crisis.

Hi Holly, if you like you can pass this on to Kimmy. This podcast was your best I have seen and probably the best I have seen on UA-cam as it covers what Kimmy went thru with an alcoholic family member. I too was married to a woman who was a person with the biggest heart I have ever know but unfortunately alcohol issues that ran in her family lead to her downfall. I had similar feelings and stuck out as long as I could as her family did not want to deal with it. After it affect my life I had no choice but to get a divorce and she later passed too young at 53 at her mother’s home. I was involved with her multiple rehabs, attended several open AA, joined Alanon but she basically did not want to save her self. An induced heart issue from her drinking lead to bypass surgery and I basically push the doctor against wall after he only spent 30 secs telling what she was doing to herself. She basically continued drinking a few days after coming out of the hospital from open heart surgery. After I got divorced she continued to call me as her family offered almost no support. Her family even got a court order for her not to drink and this lead her to be sent to county jail which only made matter worse. Upon release she drink even more and later passed away less than one year later. I had many of the feelings discussed in this video and even though this video was over one hour it felt like only 20 minutes. Great questions asked and answered. Again many thanks. I think of my ex wife a lot and I too know she is in better place with no pain.

I once spoke with Kimmy during the pandemic in her OF dm. I could sense that she wasn’t in the mood or in the best spirits. This explains it all. My heart goes out to Kimmy & you too Holly. Addiction is a real battle; I’ve lost friends & family to it. Keep fighting the good fight, & never be afraid to reach out when you’re feeling down or weak, because people love the both of you & wont hesitate to be there for either one of you, especially the community you both entertain. This is absolutely the best interview on your channel. Love to the both of you 🙏🏽♥️🙏🏽

I started watching Holly Randalls interviews a few months ago. I have to say she is amazing!! Holly does such a fantastic job of showing the human side of the performers. They are not just people that are watched on screen, as silly as it sounds they are real people. They have emotions, they love, they hurt, they have good and bad experiences. Many of their stories are so fascinating you end up liking them more for them than their performances. Again fantastic job Holly!

Hello from Vancouver, Canada. Thankyou Holly for being a very very good interviewer/pod casterll
I just watched the interview with Kimmie Granger, whom is one of my favourite stars. I am now 63 years old. Adopted and loved my whole life. successful business owner and then Cocaine addict. I have battled my addiction on and off for many years. Kimmie, you are such a inspiration to me... you are extremely intelligent and well spoken way beyond your years. I wish I had your energy and self-awareness! . I lost my father in 2021 on my 62 birthday. I hadnt been able to see him for the previous 5 years because he was suffering dementia and my mom wouldnt tell me where they where and how things were...I still struggle with the anger of her taking that decision away from me.....when he passed, it did not feel much as i lost him and my mom 5 years ago. Sorry about the side-bar..obviously im still working through things.
But you are an amazing woman...never ever let anything or anyone take that away from you..
I feel somehow re-energized from just hearing your story and seeing the emotions...and the healing you are obviously doing. Bless you

Even with porn being a big deal for decades, there’s so much we don’t know about it at the same time. Yeah, Boogie Nights kinda showed us the behind the scenes, but one has to also remember it’s a work of fiction based on the porn industry; we don’t know how true it is. Hearing experiences from actresses in the game and they’re honest, it gives you that insight. One thing id like to see that I don’t think anyone has ever thought of, porn bloopers. Let’s make porn bloopers a thing.

This interview went to places, even psychological podcasts don't touch, & I wasn't ready for it. But, it is gold 🥇 And thank you both for sharing so much ❤

Smart, pretty, well spoken. Could have been a main stream actress. One turn on the road of life.

Enjoyed this interview. Kimmy seemed down to earth and very likable.
She has a hard road but didn’t complain or want pity.
I had never seen the video that had so many views before. I checked it out. Not the genre I enjoy but see why it got so many views. She was very cute and bubbly but not overly bubbly and had a fresh young look and great body of the cute neighbor.
I liked her honesty about getting implants.
What a tough thing to go through with a mother she loved. Ugh.
I hope she has continued success in the industry.

The elves are a mysterious and magical race, beset on all sides by war. Blessed with exceptionally long life but cursed by the mistakes of their ancestors, high elves and wood elves alike must defend their realms from those who would seek to destroy them. In "Defenders of Ulthuan" and "Sons of Ellyrion", Ulthuan comes under attack from an alliance of the traitorous dark elves and Chaos-corrupted Norscans. As the great heroes of the high elves - Tyrion, Teclis, and Eltharion among them - rally their armies, the fate of the land lies in the hands of Eldain and Caelir, brothers separated by fate and treachery. In "Guardians of the Forest", the noble Bretonnian knight Leofric is thrown into an uneasy alliance with the wood elves as they battle a plot by monstrous beastmen to corrupt the sacred groves of Athel Loren that threatens not only the forest, but all of Bretonnia. This omnibus edition also contains three short stories.

Standard Qs for actors on your podcast
    1) why did you get into the biz
    2) do you enjoy or find sexual pleasure in your work or do you do it solely for the money
    3) Are there any type of male actors you either refuse to work with or are bothered to have to work with like older men, younger men, much older men. Do you refuse or try to avoid working with any male actor that you wouldn't smash if you weren't getting paid to do it?
    4) has working in the biz changed your sex life and if so how?
    5) do you see this as your career or just something to do for now?
    6) does dealing with cum bother you? Some get into it even going so far as swallowing, some as is obvious by their reactions don't even want it close to their lips let alone in the mouth. Where are you with dealing with that money shot, does it bother you, do you get into it or just treat it as the last task in your work assignment?
